Convicts on Licence, Persons under Police Supervision and others whose apprehensions are sought for failing to comply with the requirements of the Prevention of Crimes Act. Those bearing names marked * are Licence Holders and should produce their licences. first condition of a licence is that the holder shall preserve it and produce it when called upon by a Magistrate or Police Officer ; but it should be distinctly understood that a Licence Holder is not required to carry his licence upon htm. Before preferring a charge of failing to produce a licence it should be ascertained what the defaulter haa to say vid• Sec. 5, Sub- Sec. 1, 27 & 28 Vict., Cap. 47, which requires a Licence Holder to produce his licence or show some reasonable • xcuse why he does not produce the same. N. B.— When a circulation is cancelled, the printed matter relating to the person in question might be ruled through in red ink, without defacing the portrait. C. R. O. 14.— For failing to comply with the conditions of her licence, which has been revoked.— Nancy Pearce, C. R. O. No. 16077- 25, b. 1905, 4ft. 10in., Persons Licensed from a Borstal Institution. Horace Maycock, C. R. O. No. 14548- 25, b. 1907, 5ft. 4£ in., c. sallow, h. dk. brown, e. brown. A farm labourer ; native of Ascot. Sentenced at Berks. Sess., 8 10- 23, to 3 yrs. detention in a B. I., for cyclestealing. Liberated on licence, 8- 10- 25, to the care of the B. A. Subse- quently sentenced at Windsor Pol. Ct., 26- 11- 25, to 4 days impt. for larceny ( 2 cases). Since his discharge his conduct has been unsatisfactory and he is now lost sight of. C. R. O. 13.— For failing to comply with the conditions of his licence, which has been revoked.--- Edward Tf arrested, a telegram or telephonic message should be sent to C. R. O.. when arrangements will be made for an escort to fetch him The licence will expire 7- 10- 27, after which date he must not on any account be arrested by police on the Revocation Order.
