( L.), 2- 2- 24, to 6 mos. impt. for larceny ( servant). Pre. con. of cyclestealing and larceny at WEYMOUTH ( Albert Adams), BRISTOL ( John Oliver). 66.— Patrick Murphy, C. R. O. No. 9856- 16, was, at Salford Boro. Pol. Ct., 31- 1- 24, discharged. See Case No. 39, 30- 1- 24. 67.—' William Powell, C. R. O. No. 1282- 17, was sentenced at Bargoed ( Co.) P. Sess., 1- 2- 24, to 2 mos. impt. See Case No. 56, 30- 1- 24. 68.— Dorothy May Marris, C. R. O. No. 7678- 19, was sentenced at Ryde ( I. of W.) Pol. Ct., 4- 2- 24, to 6 mos. impt., for fraud. A similar case was taken into consideration when sentence was passed. See Case No. 65, 21- 12- 23. 69.— Clara Matthews, C. R. O. No. S/ 10347, was, at Guildford ( Boro.) Pol. Ct., 4- 2- 24, bound over for 2 yrs. in £ 10 under Probation of Offenders Act. See Case No. 30, 6- 2- 24. 70.— Thomas Fitzpatrick, C. R. O. No. S/ 57224, was sentenced at Essex Ass., 4- 2- 24, to 12 mos. impt., for housebreaking. See Case No. 34, 2- 1- 24. 71.— Frederick Kenneth Nicholson, C. R. O. No. 23344- 18, was sentenced at Reading ( Boro.) Pol. Ct., 4- 2- 24, to 6 mos. impt. A case of larceny ( lodgings) on V was taken into consideration when sentence, was passed. See Case No. 24, 1- 2- 24. 72.— William Redmond, C. R. O. No. 7330- 20, was sentenced at South Western Pol. Ct. ( L.), 2- 2- 24, to 6 weeks impt. See Case No. 42, 30- 1- 24. 73.— Ellen Buchanan, C. R. O. No. 2269- 98, was sentenced at Middlesex Sess., 2- 2- 24, to 5 yrs. pen., for larceny ( servant) ( 3 cases). No. 15616- 1,5 was sentenced at Bow- street Pol. Ct. ( L.), 29- 1- 24, to 3 mos. impt. See Case No. 25, 25- 1- 24. 76.— Thomas Samuel Rayson, C. R. O. No. 15028- 18, was sentenced at C. C. C., 31- 1- 24, to 9 mos. impt. See Case No. 37, 2- 1- 24. 77.— John Buttmer, C. R. O. No. 817- 06, was sentenced at Middlesex Sess., 2- 2- 24, to 18 mos. impt. for burglary. See Case No. 20, 25- 1- 24. 78.— George William Stringer, C. R. O. No. 1834- 06, was sentenced at Middlesex Sess., 2- 2- 24, to 12 mos. impt. See Case No. 26, 4- 1- 24. 79.— Joseph King, C. R. O. Pre. con. of cycle- stealing, embezzlement, shopbreaking, attempted bestiality, larceny and minor offences at LEICESTER, in CITY OF LONDON, NOTTING- HAM ( Gerald Richardson), GRIMSBY, WHITE- HILL and HULL ( William Lloyd). 81.— John Kirkham, C. R. O. No. 17672- 20, was sentenced at Goole ( W. R.) Pol. Ct., 1- 2- 24, to 6 mos. impt., for larceny. Pre. con. of larceny and minor offences at SITTINGBOURNE, TYWARDREATH, BLACKPOOL, PRESTON, CHESTER, LIVERPOOL, WREXHAM and PLYMOUTH. Has also con. for larceny at ANTWERP. 82.— Jules Besser, C. R. O. No. 86- 23, was sentenced at C. C. C., 31- 1- 24, to 5 yrs. pen. and 5 yrs. p. d. for shopbreaking, housebreaking and being a h. c. Pre. con. of larceny, cyclestealing, forgery and receiving at LIVERPOOL, BARRY, REIGATE ( Jules Besser), HULL ( Jules Moore) and CANTERBURY ( Alfred Burke). - 83.— Walter Smith, C. R. O. No. 19378- 19, was sentenced at Warwick ( Boro.) Pol. Ct., 5- 2- 24, to 3 mos. impt. for frequenting racecourse. Pre. con. of larceny ( person), larceny ( trick), larceny, cyclestealing and minor offences at BIRMING- HAM, LEICESTER, COVENTRY, SALFORD, WIGAN ( Walter Smith) and GREAT YAR- MOUTH ( Walter Bates).
