He has served a prison term for robbery, is addicted to drugs and an associate of drug addicts, thieves and pedlars of narcotics. Arrest sought. Wanted for murder and theft by the New York Police. Wanted by the Berlin Police for forging and uttering American Express Company's travellers' cheques. Not to be arrested, but any information to the Metropolitan Police, New Scotland Yard, S. W. I. ( C. I.). Is in possession of passport No. 4567 issued at Alexandria Is concerned with Philip Gantz. ( See Case No. 8 of present issue). 10.— Simonis, Benoit Leonard, C. R. O. No. 24029- 21, M., b. 1892 to 1894, 5ft. 2in., shm, build, cw tanned, h. black, e. dk. ( piercing), clean shaven; native of Amsterdam ; has appearance of Spaniard and speaks several languages ; dress, dk. brown overcoat with velvet collar, fawn trilby hat, brown kid gloves, brown boots, sometimes wears cloth collar and black tie.
