CONFIDENTIAL Supplement B THE POLICE GAZETTE No. 38. FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 22, 1922. VOL. IX. Convicts on Licence, persons under Police Supervision and others whose apprehensions are sought for failing to comply with the reguirements of the Prevention of Crimes Act. Those bearing names marked • are Licence Holders, and should pr xiuce their licences. The first condition of a licence is that the holder shall preserve it and produce it when called upon by a Magistrate or Police Officer ; but it should be distinctly understood that a Licence Holder /'* nut required to carry hit I cence upon him. before preferring a charge of failing to produce a licence. it snould be ascertained what the drfaultcr has t > say. wdr Sec. 5. B— When a circulation is cancelled, the printed matter relating to the person in question might be ruled through in red ink, without defacing the portrait. Apprehensions. 193.— Daniel Murphy, C. R. O. No. 15423- 18, Case No. 41 ( Vol. VI.), was arrested at Glasgow, 18- 5- 19, on revocation of licence. 194.— Walter George Dale, C. R. O. No. 217- 11, Case No. 106 ( Vol. IX.), is in custody at Chester, charged with obtaining money by false pretences ( 4 cases) and failing to report. 195.— George William Orwin, C. R. O. No. 6717- 15, Case No. 179 ( Vol. IX.), is in custody on E and remanded at Bow Street Pol.
