In the case of Marines not embarked who bave deserted from the head quarters of their Divisions, the Army Descriptive Return, as specified iu the 4th Schedule of the Army Act, 1881, should be used. In districts outside the Metr colitan Districts to which Naval Descriptive Returns are not supplied, the Army Form should be used in all cases.
