APPREHENSIONS SOUGHT. SPECIAL NOTICE. THE amount of stolen property at pre- sent " circulated" by the Metropolitan Police has become so inordinately large as to prejudice or destroy the practical value of the records, and it has been found necessary to limit it very consider- ably. It has been decided, therefore, to discontinue the " circulation" in Infor- mations and Pawnbrokers' Lists of all property stolen in the provinces, unless where there are grounds for believing that the property lias found its way to the Metropolis. Chief Constables are re- quested accordingly, when forwarding lists of stolen property to Scotland Yard, to send with them a letter to that effect. And if bills or circulars are received in future, unaccompanied by such a letter, it will be assumed that the " circulation" of the particulars they contain is not desired. The same course will be followed with respect to property lost and persons missing. METROPOLITAN ruL. THE WRITER OF THIS LETTER I is Mr. L. Caselton, 15, King George Street, Greenwich, London, S. E. He says : j f " I liavc been for years J f a martyr to a very bad f f form of headache, which v f attacked me nearly every W day, sometimes quite prostrating me. I was advised to give up drinking tea entirely, and take Cocoa as a beverage. I decided to try Dr. Tibbies' Vi- Cocoa, which I commenced taking some two months ago, and I am glad to say that since then I have been quite free from my dread enemy, headache. I feel confident that this result was brought by Dr. Tibbies' Vi Cocoi, for I had tried numerous remedies without any success. I find nothing picks me up so quickly as a cap of Dr. Tibbies' Vi- Cocoa after I have had a still day's work in school.
