SPECIAL NOTICE. PRISONERS UNDER REMAND. The aid of the Metropolitan Police is frequently sought b} r other Police Forces to make inquiries respecting the antecedents of prisoners under remand, and such inquiries often result in identifying accused persons as being old offenders.
