The Bye- Laws and Rates are the same as those in force at the Port of Glasgow,- which see. ( 1.)— INWARDS. Note.— The pilot dues are paid direct to the pilots, without any deduction; there is no compulsory pilotage to or from Greenock and Port Glasgow.
