Also, any pilot not making a full return of his earnings may be deprived of his license. No additional pilot to ba licensed except at a general quarterly meeting of the trustees. By 16 Geo. 3, s. 34, it is enacted, " That if any person or persons, not being liceneed as aforesaid, shall, from and after the time that the said trustees shall have fixed a proper number of pilots, take upon him or themselves to conduct or pilot any ship or vessel into or out of the said Port of Chester, or if any pilot so licensed as aforesaid shall, after the expiration of such license, continue to act as a pilot without the renewal of the same, every such person or persons shall for every such offence forfeit and pay the sum of 10 /. 19 March 1878.
