By JOHN LEONARD, 33 years of age, 5 feet inch high, blue ma> k inner corner left eye, cut on left eyebrow, sharp nose, third finger left hand injured. He was sentenced to 7 years penal servitude March, 1871, for burglary. He is now on license, and under police supervision. The dwelling- house of Mr. Thomas Chambers, farmer, Staxton, was broken and entered during the night of 14th iastant, and a silver sugar Basin, gilt inside, has a silver frosted band round the centre, and a handle on each side ; and a massive silver sugar Spoon, flute pattern, washed with gold, were stolen therefrom.
