RETURN of the Names of the SURVEYORS for said COUNTY, and their ASSISTANTS, and their respective SALARIES, for the Seven Years previous to 1861. Name of County Surveyor. Yearly Salary. observations. £. s. d. Henry Clements - - - 50 - - Resigned at summer assizes, 1855. Samuel U. Roberts - 100 - - Appointed, summer assizes 1855, at 100/. per year; salary has not since been altered. No allowance for an Assistant. No advance in salary made since the passing of the 24 & 25 Yict. c. 43. The Surveyor is allowed private practice. The Grand Jury do not interfere in this respect. 6 April 1863. Allen and 300 per annum 50 per annum. John M'Dermot. There has been no advance in salary of this County Surveyor, or. his Assistants, pursuant to the Act 24 & 25 Vict.
