Fcwr Courts ( Dublin) Extension. 8 Draft Award, and may from Time to Time, if he shall see Occasion so to do, appoint and hold further Meetings for hearing and deter- mining Objections to any such Draft Award ; and when the Valuator has heard and determined all such Objections, and made such Inquiries as he may think necessary in relation thereto, and made 5 such Alterations ( if any) as he may deem proper in the Draft Award, he shall make his Award under his Hand and Seal accordingly, and every such Award shall be binding and conclusive, subject to the Provisions concerning Appeal herein- after contained, upon all Persons whomsoever, and no such Award shall be set aside for Irregularity in 10 Matter of Form; and a Copy of every such Award shall be deposited with the Clerk of the Peace for the County of the City of Dublin, and the Commissioners shall thereupon publish Notice in some Paper circu- lated in the County of the City of Dublin once in each of Two succes- sive Weeks of the Deposit of such Award as aforesaid, and requiring 15 allJPersons claiming to have any Right to or Interest in the Lands, the Price or Compensation to be paid in respect of which is ascertained by such Award, to deliver to the Commissioners, on or before a Day to be named in such Notice ( such Day not being earlier than Seven Days from the Date of the last Publication of the Notice), a short 20 Statement in Writing of the Nature of such Claim, and a short Abstract of the Title on which the same is founded.
