AT THE LAST GENERAL ELECTION. 267 WELCHPOOL. There are no freemen entitled to vote a, s freemen. Municipal electors - 508 Not qualified to vote for Members of Parliament - - - - - - 214 Qualified as freemen only - -- -- -- -- - none. Welchpool is one of the boroughs sharing in the election with Montgomery and four other places. The limits of the borough, in so far as respects the election of Members to serve in Par- liament, are very much less than the limits for all other purposes. 18 December 1837. Fras.
