B.— Of the last- mentioned number, 26 are entitled to be registered as occupiers, but it is not the practice to insert freemen in the lists of occupiers. CARNARVON. By the last determination of The House of Commons in respect to this borough and its contributories, it was resolved by the Committee ( in 1833) that the ancient ani reserved right of voting was in the inhabitants paying scot and lot, and not in the burgesses admitted and sworn. Assuming, therefore, that the latter description of burgesses are the freemen contemplated, I have to state that there are none such on the registers subsequent to the year 1833. 19 December 1837.
