The Honourable DAVID FINLAYSON, SIR, BELOW is an account of all the Negroes committed to this Workhouse since the ist January last. I am, Sir, very respectfully, Your obedient humble Servant, Arch. Weir, Supr. 1829: April 14th July 14th Juliot, a Creole, tried at a Slave Court as an incorrigible runaway, and committed for life. Aged and infirm. William Smith, a young mulatto man, tried at a Slave Court as an incorrigible runaway, and committed for life. Able. David Finlayson, Custos.
