Gilling, and Joe, a negro belonging to Frances Cox --- Eleanor, to Miss Elizabeth Hutchinson Jane, a negress, belonging to Julian Graham, a person of colour George Mathews, a negro, the property of John Mc Intyre Rose, a negress, the property of the Revd Geo. Watson Askew Edward, a mulatto, who said that he was free, but had no document thereof, and afterwards proved to be a slave, to Good Hope, Trelawny Joseph, a mulatto boy, belonging to Sarah Strachan James, a negro, belonging to Mr. Fonseca - - Sam, a negro boy belonging to Mrs. Hargreaves Grace, a negress belonging to Mr. R. Morton, esq. sitting magistrate, for thirty days. - - Sentenced, by Justices Wright and W. H. Hall, to one week's con- finement within the walls. Committed, by J. Smith, to hard labour for one month. - - Sentenced, by the February Slave Court 1829, to be confined to hard labour for life. Sentenced, by the same Court, to three months' hard labour. - - Committed, by the sitting ma- gistrates, until he should produce some satisfactory proof of free- dom. - - Committed, by the sitting ma- gistrates, to hard labour, for thirty days. - - Sentenced, by Justices Fowles, Js Smith and Titley, to hard la- bour for six months. Sentenced, by Justices Fowles and Js Smith, to one month's hard labour. - - Sentenced, by Justices Js Smith and Nethersole, to one month's hard labour. - - Sentenced, by Justices H. J. Hall and Tory, to receive this day thirty- nine lashes, and to be de- tained until applied for by his owner.
