Boston. * I do hereby certify, that the above is a true copy of a certificate or declaration under the Act of 10 Geo. 4, c. 7, filed at the general quarter sessions of the peace and general gaol delivery, held for the borough of Boston, in the county of Lincoln, on Monday the 19th day of October 1829. In answer to your letter of the 28th instant, as to whether any Jesuit or member of a religious order residing in the county of the city of Lincoln, had been registered at my office, agreeably to the 28 sec. of 10 Geo. 4, c. 7. The above is a copy of the only registry I have been required to make under that clause, as clerk cf the peace for the city of Lincoln and county of the same city, I have the honour to be, Sir, your obedient humble servant, Richard Mason. 542.
