Aiild, Secretary and Accountant. APPENDIX, N° 15. RETURNS from the Convict Establishment in the HULKS. Average number of prisoners daily on board the different hulks, in the years 1819, 1820, and 1821 - Expense of victualling each healthy convict per diem, in the years 1819, 1820, and 1821 ------ D° - - - each sick convict in the years 1819, 1820, and 1821 Expense of cloathing each convict, in the years 1819, 1820, and 1821- - - - - - - - The sums voted in Parliament for the support of the convict establishment, for the years 1819, 1820, and 1821 - Salary paid to Surgeons employed in the Convict Establishment, viz. Four at 200 per annum each, exclusive of medicines,— and One at 501, per annum, exclusive of medicines. N. B.— No other medical officer employed. Salary paid to Chaplains; viz. Four at 2001, per annum each,— and One at 501, per annum. APPENDIX N° 16. ACCOUNT of the Medical Expenses of the Prison at Horsemonger- lane, during the last Year. THE surgeon receives a salary of £. 75. per annum, for which sum he finds medicine and gives his attendance daily.
