ACCOUNTS from the Commissioners for Paving the Streets of Dublin; of Money due from the Corporation; of Salaries paid during the last seven years ; of retired Allowances; of Miles of Streets and Roads under the management of the Paving Board ; of Prices paid for Materials ; and of Prices paid for Day Labourers. N" 1.— A RETURN of the amount remaining due from the Corporation of the City of Dublin to the Commissioners for Paving, & c. the Streets of Dublin, pursuant to the 49th, 50th, and 51st sections of the 47 Geo. 3. c. 109. PAVING: On the 25th March 1823, there remained due from the corporation of the city of Dublin, pursuant to the 49th section of 47 Geo. 3. c. 109. being two years com- position for paving certain places, the total sum of - - And on the 25th March 1823, there remained due from the corporation of the city of Dublin, pursuant to the 49th section of the 47th Geo. 3. c. 109. for the pave- ment round St. Stephen's Green, being the amount of half a year to this day, the sum of - -- -- -- -- -- -- This latter payment has been made through the Commissioners for the im- provement of St. Stephen's Green. LIGHTING: On the 25th March 1823, there remained due from the corporation of the city of Dublin, pursuant to the 50th section of 47 Geo. 3. c. 109. being two years com- position for lighting globes at certain places, the total sum of - CLEANSING : On the 25th March 1823, there remained due from the corporation of the city of Dublin, pursuant to the 51st section of 47 Geo. 3. C. 109. being five years com- position for cleansing the streets thereof, making a total sum of And for the recovery of this sum, proceedings are now at issue before the court of Chancery.
