CHURCH ESTABLISHMENT OF IRELAND.' ' 57 Appendix ( A.)— continued. east to west. Rathdowney and Glashare have been united by act of Council since the year 1740; Kildelgy was episcopally united thereto by the present Diocesan, not being of itself of sufficient value to afford comfort to an Incumbent. KILCULLIHEEN and MUCKALLEE, two parishes, rectories and vicarages; they are distant one from the other, about eight miles. Kilculliheen extends about three miles from north to south, and one mile from east to west. Muckallee extends about two miles from north to south, and one mile from east to west. These parishes have been united time immemorial; but cannot state by what authority, as the records of the Diocese afford no information on the subject. MOTHEL UNION consists of three parishes, viz. the rectories and vicarages of Mothel Kilmodu- mioge and Kilderry. The parishes of Mothel and Kilmodumioge join each- other, and extend about six miles from north to south, and about two miles from east to west. Kilderry is only divided from the other two by a townland of about one mile in extent; it is about two miles in length, and one mile and an half in breadth. These parishes have been episcopally united time immemorial by the respective Bishops of Ossory. INNISTIOGE UNION consists of two parishes, viz. the vicarage of Innistioge and the prebend or prebendal church of Cloneamery; they are in extent, about six miles in length, and about four miles and an half in breadth. They are episcopally united. ROSINAN UNION consists of three parishes, viz. the vicarages of Rosinan, Kilbeacon and Kil- lahy; they are in extent, about six miles in length, and about four miles and an half in breadth. These parishes are episcopally united; they, together with the vicarage of Innistioge and the pre- bend or prebendal church of Cloneamery, had been for time immemorial episcopally united, and constituted one benefice, but have lately been disunited by the present Diocesan. An Account of any Measures which may have been adopted by the Commissioners of First Fruits in Ireland, within the last twenty yeais, for effecting a more exact Valuation of the Benefices contributing thereto ; and including therein such Benefices as have not heretofore been valued for that purpose. THE Diocesan is not aware of any measures which have been adopted by the Commissioners of First Fruits within the period, and for the purposes above- mentioned. An Account of the several Parishes which have been united under the Authority of the Lord Lieutenant and Council of Ireland, from the first day of January 1818; specifying the Date of such Orders of Council, and the Names of the Parishes united, and the Diocese in which they are situated. ATLANA UNION consists of the vicarages of Attier alias Atlanagh, and Aharney; the rectory and vicarage of Kilmenan ; and the rectory of Rossconnell. They were united by act of Council some time in the year 1818. CLONMORE UNION consists of two parishes, viz. the rectories and vicarages of Clonmore and Ballytarsney. They are contiguous to each other, and extend about one mile and an half in length from north to south, and about a mile in breadth from east to west. They were united by act of Council in the year 1821. A11 Account of the several Parishes which have been disunited, under the Authority of the Lord Lieutenant and Council of Ireland, from the first day of January 1818; specifying the Date of such Orders of Council, and the Names of the Parishes disunited in this Diocese. NO parishes have been disunited within this Diocese, under the authority of the Lord Lieutenant and Council of Ireland, within the period above- mentioned. R. OSSORY. 241. P
