ON PETITIONS RELATING TO LIMERICK TAXATION. 143 ABSTRACT, N° 5, of the Accounts of the Commissioners for improving the Parish of St. Michael, in the Liberties of the City of Limerick, commencing May 14th, 1812, and ending May 22d, 1813.
