" REPORT of the Lord Chief Commissioner of the Jury Court, in answer to a requisition made to him under date of the 12th April 1821. UNDER the authority of the Act of the 59th Geo. 3d, c. 35, Joseph Murray, Esq. advocate, was appointed a chief clerk by a commission, bearing date the 29th day of December 1819, and Mr. Hugh Say Bringlor appointed assistant clerk by a com- mission, bearing date the 29th December 1819; the salary of the first being 600/. a year, and the salary of the last 300 I. That the situation of clerk to the Lord Chief Commissioner, which existed on the ist January 1816, has been vacated, and is not yet filled up. Edinburgh, April 28th, 1821. The emoluments arise entirely from fees leviable by the different officers upon the proceedings in court, and increase and decrease according to the extent of the business; but the sums specified are the amount for the year, from 30th March 1820 to 30th March. 1821. Chas Raitt, Dep' N° 69.— SUPREME CONSISTORIAL COURT, SCOTLAND. NO Clerks or other Officers connected with the establishment of this court, have been ADMITTED since the ist of January 1816, nor have the services of any such been DISCONTINUED since that period.
