The officers of the out- qloor Establishment have emoluments arising from seizures and fines, and the officers of the ports have emoluments also from sample spirits which are casual, and not easily ascertained; but if the amounts of tjiem are still desired, application shajl be made to each individual for a return. Those af the Waterguard Establishment have emoluments from seizures and rewards under the Smuggling Acts, which are also casual, and not. easily ascertained.
