1. - IV P U B L I C I N S T I T U T I O N S IN IRELAND. 2.— FOUNDLING HOSPITAL. An Account of all Salaries, Pensions, and other Allowances, payable in each Year; and also of all Sums expended in the Ten Years ending ist January 1821, on Buildings for the service of the Foundling Hospital in Dublin. ( A.)— THESE Allowances were made to the resident Officers ( in lieu of Coals, Candles, and Washing, formerly supplied by the Hospital) with a view to economy, and the general advantage of the Institution. Given under our Corporation Seal, at the Foundling Hospital, Dublin, ist March 1821./ Frans Trench, Chairman.
