FOll OFFENCES AGAINST THE G A M E LAWS. 25. n- LINCOLN. Parts of Lindsey : An Account of the number of Persons who have at any time since the 17U1 of May last, been in confinement in the House of Correction at Louth, and the Bridewell at Kirton, in the said Parts, for Offences against the Game Laws ;— viz. Number of Persons. In the House of Correction at Louth - - - - 6 In the Bridewell at Kirton ------ 6 Total - - - 12 J. Brackenbury, Clerk of the Peace for the said Parts. 26.— MERIONETH. There have been two Persons confined in the different Houses of Correction for the County of Merioneth, since the 17th of May last, for Offences against the Game Laws. Dolgelly, Griff. Griffith, 25th March 1817. Deputy Clerk of the Peace for Merionethshire. 27.— MIDDLESEX. The following Return contains an Account of the number of Persons who h ave at any tunc* since the 17th of May last, been in confinement in the House of Correction for the County of Middlesex, for Offences against the Game Laws ;— viz. Thomas Watson, convicted before and committed by Peter Henderson, Esq. c the lqth day of October 1816, for Three Months, for keeping and using a vvi; snare to destroy the Game, he not being qualified by the laws of this realm so to do. Session- House, Clerkenwell, H. C. Selby, 19th March 1817. Clerk of the Peace. 28.— MONMOUTH. A Return of the several Persons in confinement in the House of Correction of the said County, for Offences against the Game Laws, since the 17th of May 1816, to the 22d of March 1817. Names. William Jones William Rees When Committed. 9th January 1817 7th February 1817 By whom Committed. W. F. Bury, Esq. - Richard Lewis, Esq. Term of Imprisonment. ( Three calendar J { months - J Three calendar months - Remarks. Unless a mitigated Pe- nalty of Five Pounds be sooner paid. Unless the Penalty of Ten Pounds be sooner paid. Alx.
