12 PERSONS C O M M I T T E D OR IN C O N F I N E M E N T [ II. Cities, & C. ( 14.)— POOLE. No Person is or hath been in confinement in the Gaol of this Town and County, since the 17th of May last, for Offences against the Game Laws. Poole, James Seager, 2 2( 1 February 1817. Mayor. ( 15.)— S OUTHAMPTON. No one Person has been confined in the Gaols of this Town since the 17th of May last for Offences against the Game Laws. Southampton, G. Athurley, February 22d 1817. Mayor. ( 16.)— WORCESTER CITY. No Person is or has been in confinement in the Gaol of this City for any Offence against the Game Laws, for upwards of a twelvemonth last past. Worcester, John Platt, 28 February 1817. Under Sheriff of the City of Worcester. ( 17.)— YORK CITY. The only Person, who since the 17th of May last has been in confinement in the Gaols for the said City, for Offences against the Game Laws, is,— William Mitchell, committed 18th May 1816, for nonpayment of <£. 3. 13. 6. the duty on a Game certificate ; discharged 25th May 1816, 011 payment of the duty. York, John Ord, 26th February 1817. Under Sheriff of the City of York.
