In the country the charge for Exprefles is received by the Deputy Poftmafters and remitted to Examinant, he dedu£ ts the fees and pays over the balance quarterly to the Treafurer, and receives from the Treafurer the Fees on all Exprefles fent upon bufinefs of the Poft Office ; the Fees on Government Exprefles are paid quarterly to Examinant, by the Firft Clerk in the Civil Office at the Caftle. Irifli Newfpapers are fupplied by Examinant to the Poftmafters General and Secretary, for which
