(*) This Arrear is deemed irrecoverable, as the Sheriff County of Galway has not been able to levy the Money, though the Execution has been renewed feveral times. ( f) There is a- Cuftodiam againft the Eflate of Mr. Veatch, one of the Securities, and this Arrear will shortly be discharged. ( J) This Arrear was originally -^ 159. 3. .3. but the Sum of £ 50 being recovered by an Execution, there remains a balance now due of £ 109. 3. 3. The difmiffed Deputy hating lately come into a Property, the Solicitor has every hope of recovering the entire Arrear. ( § ) The amount of this Deputy's Bond was only £ 100 ; that Sum has been recovered againft the Se- cnrities, and Proceedings are taken againft the Deputy for the Balance, but there are little hopes- of fuccefs. (|!) An Execution next Term againft Securities. (< f[) Postmistress of Arklow lias obtained tune from the Secretary to difchargc this Arrear. (**) An Execution will be obtained next Term. £%#) This Arrear is deemed irrecoverable, as the Sheriff County of Meath has not been able to levy the Money, though the Execution has been renewed several Times.
