A R E TU RN of all Infta- nces fince the 1 ft January 1800, in which the * u'ftial Oath has been difpenfed with on the Appointment of any Colleftor or other Officer in the Department of the Excife, and the Reafon for fuch Difpenfation. James Hamilton, Collector of Strabane Diftridt. Excise Office, Dublin, ift December 1808. The Oath in the cafe of Refignation difpenfed with, agreeably to an Order of Government, dated 28th May 1802 ; a Copy of which is enclo! ed. George Waller. No. 35. RETURN of all Inftances fince the ift January 1800, in which the ufual Oath of Office has been difpenfed with on the Appointment or Refignation of any Collector or other Officer in the Department of the Cuftoms, and the Reafon for fuch Difpenfation.
