Revd Richd Bourne; resident one half of the year, the other half on his other Benefice; has cure of souls; duties discharged by the Rector and Curate. Revd John Caulfield ; resident; has cure of souls, and discharges the duties. Revd Robt McGhee ; resident; has cure of souls, and discharges the duties. Revd Fras Hall; resident; has cure of souls, and discharges the duties. Revd John Staples; resident; has cure of souls, and discharges the duties, assisted by a Curate. Revd Thos Martin; resident; has cure of souls; but being infirm, the duties are discharged by a Curate, with permission. Rcvd Dav. Shuter; resident; has cure of souls, and discharges the duties. Revd Isaac Ashe; resident; has cure of souls, and discharges the duties. Revd John Orr; resident; has cure of fouls, and discharges the duties. I'- There are likewise four Chapelries in the County of Louth, belonging to the- Abbey of Mellifont; viz. Mellifont, Tullaghallan, Newtown, Stalaban, and Salterstown, on which there are no Chapels, three of which have no Endowment, and one an Endowment of £. 30. per ann. paid by the Marquis of Drogheda. The Diocese of ARMAGH consists of seventy- four Benefices, eleven of which are Unions. No Glebe Houfe; 130 Irifh acres of glebe; ico of which are in the Parilh of Donoghmore, 19 in Dyfcrtlyn, and 11 inArtrea; not contiguous; the two former being 10 miles afunder, the two latter about 5. Thofe lying in Dor. oghmore 10 miles from the church, thole in Dyfertlyn 5, and thofe in Artrea clofe to it. A Glebe Houfe, and a glebe of 212 Scotch acres, lying together, clofe to the church. 6. A Curate, refident; Salary,: £. 75. per anu. reside, five have no houses in their Parishes, but live Sufficiently near to their refpeflive Benefices to discharge their duties without inconvenience ; six have other Livings which they hold by Faculty, on which they are resident; four are abfent with permission, six without permission, and without assigning any cause. There are seventy- three Churches, fifty- seven Glebe Houses, and sixty- seven Glebes; five Benefices without Churches, seventeen without Glebe Houses, and eight without Glebes. • BENEFICES without GLEBES.
