C O R N E L I U S G R O G AN, ESQ. 7 Refolved, That this Houfe will to- morrow refolve itfelf into a Committee of the whole Houfe, to take the faid Bill into further confideration. Ordered, That a meftage be Tent to the Lord?, defiring that leave may be given Martis to the Earls of Ely, Mountnorris, and Arran, to give their teftimony, if they shall zvdie/ lugup think fic lb to do, before the Committee of this Houfe, to whom it is referred to J798. take into confideration a Bill for the Attainder of Edward Fitzgerald commonly called Lord Edward Fitzgerald, Cornelius Grogan, and Beauchamp Bagenal Harvey, deceafed, of High T re a ion; and that Mr. Harrington do carry the faid mefiage. Ordered, That Hugh Byrne, James Brown, Matthew Dogan, and John Synnott do attend the faid Committee. The. Houfe, according to order, refolved itfelf into a Committee of the whole Houfe, to take the laid Bill into further confideration; and, after fome time fpent therein, Mr. Speaker relumed the chair; and the Right Honourable Mr. Ccrry reported from the Committee, that they had made fome progrefs in the matter to them referred, and that he was direfted by the Committee to defire leave to fit again. Refolved, That this Houfe will to- morrow refolve itfelf into a Committee of the whole Houle, to take the faid Bill into further confideration. The Houfe, according to order., refolved itfelf into a Committee of the whole Ma- ami. Houfe, to take into further confideration a Bill for the Attainder of Edward Fitz- gerald commonly called Lord Edward Fitzgerald, Cornelius Grogan, anil Beauchamp 1''' Bagenal Harvey, deceafed, of High Trealon ; and, after fome time fpent therein, Mr. Speaker refumed the chair; and the Right Honourable Mr. Corry reported from the Committee, that they had made lbme progreis in the matter to them referred, and that he was directed by the Committee to defire leave to fit again. Refolved, That this Houfc will, at four of the clock in the afternoon of this day fit being feven of the clock in the morning of Thurfdav, the 23d day of Auguft) rcfolve itfclf into a Committee of the whole Houfe, to take the faid Bill into further confideration. The Houfe, according to order, refolved itfclf into a Committee of the whole Jov'n, Houfe, to take into further confideration a Bill for the Attainder of Edward Fitz- Z30dieAugufii gerald commonly called Lord Edward Fitzgerald, Cornelius Grogan, and Beauchamp I793 » . Bagenal Harvey, deceafed, of High Treafon; and, afcer fome time fpent therein, Mr. Speaker refumed the chair; and the Right Honourable Mr. Corry reported from the Committee, that they had made fome progrefs in the matter to them re- ferred, and that he was directed by the Committee to defire leave to fit again. Refolved, That this Houfe will to- morrow refolve itfclf into a Committee of the whole Houle, to take the faid Bill into further consideration. Ordered, That the Reverend Richard Bevan, John Boxwell, Thomas Devereaux, Bryan Meyler, Mary Harvey, Mary Roche, and Bridget Roche, do attend the faid Committee. Ordered, That John Farran do attend the Committee of the whole Houfc, to Veneris, whom it is referred to take into confideration a Bill for the Attainder of Edward Fitzgerald commonly called Lord Edward Fitzgerald, Cornelius Grogan, and Beauchamp Bagenal Harvey, deceafed, of High Treafon. The Houfc, according to order, refolved itfelf into a Committee of the whole Houfe, to take the faid Bill into further confideration; and, after fome time fpenc therein, Mr. Speaker refumed the chair; and the Right Honourable Mr. Corry reported from the Committee, that they had made fome progrefs in the matter to them referred, and that he was directed by the Committee to defire leave to fit again.
