South Shields Borough Police report the alleged theft in Antwerp, on or about 15- 12- 25, of a Registration Certificate, No. 251374, issued at South Shields, on 20- 4- 25, to Ali Hassan, a coloured alien seaman, also a seaman's continuous discharge book, No. 828142. It is presumed that illegal landing in the United Kingdom will be attempted b}^ the person in possession of these books.
