KENT. 107.— Tunbridge Wells ( Boro.).— For defilement of girl aged 8 yrs., 21st ult.— A Man, 5ft. 5 or 6in., clean shaven, eyes screwed up, reddish round face with scars or deep lines, square jaws ; dress, grey suit and cap, - boots. The man approached the little girl about 3.45 p. m. and said Your mummy wants you to go with me to fetch a parcel for your daddy. He enticed her away for a distance of 2 miles, to a lonely spot and committed the offence. Inf. to the C. In possession of a bicycle. Called on loser, ordered goods, stated the housekeeper at the Red House, Rusthall, would pay, and was allowed to take same away.
