SPECIAL NOTICE In order that provision may be made for any variations in the supply of the illustrated list of Expert and Travelling Criminals recently released from prison, and published every alternate Friday as Supplement A of the Police Gazette, the Commissioner would be glad to receive, as early as possible, notifications of the requirements of the Police Forces in respect of the above Supplement for the year 1924. The annual subscription for one copy is 2s. 2d., payable in advance. A reduction of ten pence will be made on each copy in excess of twelve supplied to any one Force. Arrived 22- 10- 23, took up residence at hotel, stating he had come from West Africa, where he said he was manager of Santiago Trading Co., and thereby induced tradesman to become security to enable him to cash cheque for £ 35, which was afterwards found to be worthless. Said he could oiler loser's brother employment on s. s. Caronia of which he was purser and chief steward. Said his kit would cost £ 1 16s. and that he would have to pay a further £ 1 to join Union.
