Convicts on Licence, Persons under Police Supervision and others whose apprehensions are sought lor tailing to comply with the requirements of the Prevention of Crimes Act. Those bearing names marked * are Licence folders and should produce their licences. The first condition of ft licence is that the holder shall preserve it and produce it when called upon by a Magistrate or Polic e Officer ; but it should be distinctly understood that a Licence Holder is not required to carry his licence upon him. Sentenced at Bristol Ass., 23- 2- 21. to 3, 3, 3 and 3 yrs. pen. ( conc.) for cyclestealing ( 4 cases), and at Glamorgan Sess., 5- 4- 21, to 3 and 3 yrs. pen. ( conc. with above) for larceny and cyclestealing. Liberated on licence, 25- 5- 23, to South Shields. Failed to notify his change of addresss, 18- 6- 23. Also wanted on warrant for housebreaking.
