Sanderson. Stated he represented Toronto Trust and that he had rented a house at Cromer and gave name of local firm of house agents as reference. Loser however refused to deliver the goods but was eventually persuaded to advance £ 5 on cheque. The cheque was subsequently returned as worthless.
