Friday, December 16, 1921. THE POLICE GAZETTE. 12 INFORMATION RECEIVED GOING TO PRESS- 9.30 a. m. APPREHENSIONS SOUGHT. ESSEX. 91.— Southend- on- Sea ( Boro.).— For stealing £ 54, 16th ult,— Charles Stephen Pinching, b. 1893, 5ft. 4 or 5in., slim build, c. fresh, h. dk. brown, e. brown, scar rt. of neck; dress, blue jacket, believed black and green mixture trousers and vest, It. fawn rainproof coat ( much worn), It. grey cap, black boots with patent toes ; wearing two medal ribbons on bar. A farm labourer; native of Norwich. Is a deserter from the R. A. S. C., vide Army and Navy Supplement, 27- 4- 20, Case No. 134. Warrant issued. Inf. to the C. C., Southend- on- Sea. 5ft. 9in., c. pale, h. black ( wavy, parted in centre), clean shaven, thin features, long nose, Irish accent, 2 front upper teeth gold filled, and wears rimless eyeglasses with chain attachment fastened to rt. ear ; dress, It. fawn tweed suit and cap, cotton muffler, collar and tie, black boots. Sells Christ- mas cards in vicinity of theatres, etc. Carries cards in a box on lid of which he displays three War medals. Boasted of being a Sein Feiner. Warrant issued. Inf. to the C. C., Walsall. KENT. 92.— Gravesend ( Boro.).— For unlawfully failing to join s. s. Scalaria, after having cashed his advance note.— William Odd, b. 1897, 5ft. 5in., stiff build, c. fresh, h. and e. brown, clean shaven ; dress, blue serge suit and grey cap. A ship's fireman ; native of Gravesend. May endeavour to get work on a barge or coasting vessel. Warrant issued. Inf. to the C. C., Gravesend. LANCASHIRE. 93.— Old Trafford ( Co.).— For obtaining by false pretences at Pendlebury, 28- 9- 21, 3b yds. blue serge; overcoat ( recovered) ; and 15s.— Fred Warburton, b. 1885, 5ft. 3 to 5in., medium build, c. fresh, h. brown ( bald on top) ; dress, blue serge suit, collar and tie, trilby hat, shoes ( far worn). A tailor; native of Walkden. Stated he had obtained employment at a local tailor's ( false) and obtained the above to make up and alter, and the cash in payment for the work. Warrant issued. Inf. to Acting Supt. Myers, Old Trafford. STAFFORDSHIRE. 94.— Walsall ( Boro.).— For obtaining food and lodgings by false pretences, between 3rd and 8th inst.— Harry Dery or Derry, b. 1883 to 1886, about
