W. 2 Particid ir* concerning persons " hose apprehension is sought will be inserted in one issue of the POLICE GAZETTE, iffiey are sufficient to enable action to be taken upon them by another force. 3 Purlieu ars as In stolen propertu will be likewise inserted inone issue, if sufficient to enable the article in question to be thereby identified. 4. Announcements nf aV persons to be apprehended or of stolen property bear a number, and are alphab-' tically arranged by counties. 9. The force which ' anse* particulars concerning delinquents or sto'enpror^ rty to be inserted in the POLICE G AZETTE, must, on their apprehens'on or recovery, at onre transmit to the Editor notice of the fcut, referring to the number oj the announcement for insertion in the next issue. 10. In all cases, the officer signing the request for insertion of any nnnouncemtiU, will be wholly responsible for any p-^ o eedings which may result from * uch publication. 11. A nnouncements for the Frilay issue should be forwarded so as to be received not later than noon on Wednesday, and for the Tuesday ejlition not later than Saturday morninq. They must be clearly written on one side of the paper only, be in the usua. form, and accompanied by a covering letter. 12. In the case of Marines not embarked who have deserted from the head quarters of their Divisions, the Army Descriptive Return, as specified in the 4th Schedule of the Army Act, 1881. Bhouhl be used.
