Description of tie undernamed young offender, who, on the 23id August, 1892, absconded from the Malone Reformatory School at Belfast :— JOSEPH FARR, 668, 18 years of age, 6 feet 6 inches higb, stout muke, sun- burnt complexion, dark brown hair, dark brown eyes, regular nose, large mouth, round visage; large ears; his parenti reside at 19, Letitia- street, Belfast. The school dress, all with Industrial School stamp, consists ol:— Moleskin trowsers, jacket, and vest, blue Glengarry cap, blue striped shirt, red and black check tie, Blucher boots, and woollen stockings. Description of PATRICK HEFFERNAN, native of Whitechurch, county Cork, who stands charged with having, cn the 2nd August, 1892, in the barony of East Muskerry, pariah of Garrycloyne, committed an indecent assault on Ellen Bradley, 14 years of age:— Gray or blue eyes, regular nose, fair complexion, r und face, medium make, 5 feet 6 inches high, about 50 years of age, daik hair, wears all his beard and moustache, which is light brown; wore a round hat, gray ooat, corduroy trowsers, and gray vest; is a labourer. Particulars relative to convict JOSEPH M'DONNELL, o. 325, convicted at Castlebar, county Mayo, Summer Assizes, on 10th Jnly, 1889, for rape, and sentenced to 5 yea's penal servitude:— 22 years of age on convic tion, single, is a blacksmith, born at Clare- morris, resided before conviction at Claremorris, where his friends reside; brown hair, blue eyes, brown eye- brows, medium nose, regular month, pale complexion, o » al visage, proportionate make, 5 feet inches high; cut on forehead, on top of head, right side, and. on poll, molo and scar on chin, large scar on right wrist, flesh mark on left wrist. This man was released from Mountjoy Prison on licence, 7th April, 1892, and went to Claremorris. He left his residence on 25th nit., without reporting to the R. I. C., and is stated to have gone to Glasgow. If arrested ho should fce proceeded again't under 34 and 35 Vic., cap. 112, sec 5, as amended by Penal S rvitude Act, 1891. 8th September, 1892. ( 498 H. Particulars relative to Convict MARGARET STEWART, convicted at Newry Quarter Sessions, county Do. vn, on 29th October, 1887, for larceny after a previous conviction for felony, and secteneed to 7 years penal servitude:— 48 years of ago on conviction, single, is a Millworker, born at Mullabrack, county Armagh, resided at Mawbawn, coutty Amagh before conviction, her friends reside it 22, Lagan View street, Belfast : — Brown and gray hair, hazel eyes, light eye- brows, long nose, small mouth, sallow complexion, lone visage, alight make, 4 feet 10 inches bigh; first and second right fingers and first left finger crooked at first joint. This woman was released from Grangegorman Prison on licence, 27 June, 1892, and went to reside in Belfast. She left her late residence, Drumgaw, couoty Armagh, on 9th ultimo, without reporting to Police, and her present whereabouts is unknown. If arrested she should be proceeded against under . 34 and 35 Vic., cap. 112 sec. 5, as amended by Penal Servitude Act, 1891. lst September, 1892. ( 496 H. C.) This man was lelessed on licence from Maryboro' Prison on 22nd Jtly, 1892. He left his residence, 5, Sackville- placo, Dublin, without notifying the fact to tte police. His present wlerrabouts are unknown. If arrested he should be proceeded against under Act 34 and 35 Vio., chsp. 112, sec. 5, and Act 54 and 55 Vic., ctap. sec. 4.
