RBOULATIOSTS. fjp" All Notices intended for insertion in the Hue- and- Ory are to he transmitted under cover, addressed to the Inspector- General, Royal Irish Constabulary,' Dublin Castle, authenticated by a Separate Gon^ mmication. No Description can be inserted unless an Information shall have been Sworn; but it is not necessary to forward the Informations to the Inspector- General. Notices respecting all Felonies and such Misdemeanours as are of an aggravated nature will be inserted. All Descriptions of jjersons whose apprehension is sought on a charge of Misdemeanour should be accompanied by a statement that a Warrant has been issued, ond by the name of the person in whose hands it is. But the Constabulary should remember that they oannot arrest a person charged with an offence of this mature unless they have the Warrant in their possession when making the arrest. %• Should irregularities arise in the delivery of the Hue- and- Cry, it will be necessary to forward one of the covers, or give the number it bears, as without this ^ formation the mistake cannot bs rectified. Prison and Police Authorities are particularly requested to be good enough to inform the Inspector- General, Royal Irish Constabulary, Dublin Castle of the abolition of Gaols, Stations, < fco., and of any circumstances rendering the supply of the " Hue- and- Cry " no longer necessary. Armagh, Description of ISAAC MILLER, native of Russia, wbo stands charged with having, within the past six months, in the barony of O'Neiland East, parish of Shankill, embezzled certain sums of money received by him for his employer:— Dark eyes, broad pro- minent ncse, dark complexion, round face, stout make, 6 feet 2 inches higb, about twenty years of sge, dark hair; wore a low jerry hat. black jacket coat, dark trowsers and vest; is a pedlar, and has a certificate ; speaks English badly. Reformatory School at Belfast:— JOHN BALIE, 19 years of age, daik hair, dark brown eyec, dark brown eyebrows, regular nose, regular month, fresh conp'exion, oval visage, stout make, 5 feet 3 inches high, is a farm labourer, born at Bangor, county Down, formerly belonged to Bangor, connty Down, parents reside at 1, Church- street, Bangor; scar on top of head, ohicken chested, scar above right eyebrow. The school dress consists of;— Moleskin jacket, trowsers, and vest, Glengarry cap, bine and white stripe thirt, red and black check tie, Blucher boots, and woollen stockings. HUGH BELL, 18 years of age, brown hair, brown eyes, brown eyebrows, regular note, large month, fresh complexion, oval visage, stout make, 6 feet S inches higb, is a farm labourer, born at Clifton- street, Belfast, formerly belonged to Clifton- street, Belfast, parents reside at 65, Mountjoy- street, Bel- fast ; chicken chested, scrofula marks on neck, large swollen glands. Tbe school dress consists of:— Moleskin jacket, trowsers, and vest, Glengarry cap, blue and white stripe shirt, red and black check tie, Blucher boots, and woollen stockings. Ihe Manager of the Reformatory will defray the expenses of their conveyance, if arrested, to the nearest Justice on remand, and will reward the person who may capture them with XI for each boy.
