DE COBAIN, native of Belfast, who stands charged that he did, within the past two years, at Belfast, commit an act of gross indecency with another male person, and within the same time, and at the place aforesaid did incite divers other male persons to commit sodomy:— Walks erect, square shoulders, corpulent- contracts eyebrows when speaking, gray eyes, regular nose, pale complexion, full face, stout make, 5 feet 10 inches high, about 48 years of age, dark brown hair; wore a silk hat, black Chesterfield overcoat, black frock coat, dark trowsers, and dark veft. Description of ISABELLA QUOYLE ( mother's surname Traynor), native of Drummamuck, who, on the 20th day of April, 1892, in the barony of Clonkee, parish of Knockbride, strayed from her home, and- may have met with foul play:— Is of weak mind, gray eyes, thin nose, sallow complexion, thin face, stout make, 5 feet high, about 61 years of age, dark hair t wore a dark wincey dress, black shawl, check apron, no boots or head- dress; is a farmer's wife. Description of DANIEL CONNELL ( mother's surname Touhy), native of Cloughoolia, who stands charged with having, on the 19th day of May, 1892, in the barony of Fermoy, parish of Monaniny, attempted to commit a rape on Catherine Healy, a child under 13 years of age;— Walks with a swagger, has an impediment in his speech, and was in America for some time ; dark brown eyes, regular nose, ruddy complexion, round face, medinm make, 5 feet 7 inches high, about 28 years of age, black hair; were a light brown hat, black coat, brown tweed trewsen and vest; is a farmer's son. Description of A MAN, name and native place unknown, who stands charged with having, on the 4th day of April, 1892, in tbe barony of Ballybritt, parish of Birr, stolen a watch and £ 2 from Joseph Lewis of Parsonstown:— Fair complexion, fair face, medium make, 6 feet 6 or 7 inches high, about 20 years of age, fair hair; wore a pepper- and- salt colour tweed cap with ear flaps, tweed coat, trowsers, and vest; is a tramp; looks like a discharged soldier s will likely enlist. Particulars of CHARLES ROUND, of Lord- street, Liverpool, who was convicted on 1st March, of having, on 20th October, 1891, obtained, by false pretences, a sum of money from Edward Hunt, pro- vision dealer, Parsonstown, and sentenced to 18 montls' imprisonment, as it is believed he has also defrauded numbers of traders throughout the country, it is requested that the Police will cause the necessary inquiries to be made amongst small dealers in earthen- ware and others. He represented himself to be a commission agent for various pottery firms in England, and also traded as the " Staffordshire Earthenware and Hardware Company," a firm which exists in name only, and on receipt of money fails to forward the goods. In some instances where the orders were for small amounts, he forwarded the goods for the purpose, presumably, of getting larger orders. Particulars relative to convict JAMES M'DON- NELL c 84, convicted at Dublin City Commission, on 28th October, 1886, for housebreaking and larceny, and sentenced to 7 years' penal servitude :— 35 years of age on conviction, married, is a labourer, born at Dublin, where he resided before conviction, and where bis friends reside; dark bair, hazel eyes, dark brown eyebrows, small nose, small mouth, sallow complexion, round visage, medium make, 5 feet 4 inches f on top of head, ruptured left side. This man was teleaaed from Maryboro^ i licence, 29th February, 1892, and eaig recently returned, bet up to the present' ported himself to the Police, and his wher unknown. Particulars relative to Convict JOHN JAMES MORIARTY o 75, convicted at the Dublin Com- mission C(? ® on 10th August, 1886, for embezzle- ment, and lB| enced to 7 years' penal servitude:— 28 years of nge on conviction, single, is a bank clerk, born at Dublin, raided at Dublin Wore conviction, where his friends reside:— Brown hair, blue eyes, brown eyebrows, regular nose, small mouth, fair com- plexion, round visage, stout make, 5 feet Sty inches nigh; burn- mark between right thumb and finger, lost an upper front tooth. This man was released on licence from Mount- joy Prison, 9th November, 1891, and went to reside at 23, Upper Temple- street, Dublin. He recently left bis residence without notifying same to the Police, and his present whereabouts is unknown. In the event of his arrest he should be dealt with under sec. 5 of the Act 34 and 35 Vic., cap. 112. 14th March, 1892. ( 464 H. C.) Graves, and gave his address, 7, Albert- road, Brighton, and Holmleigh House, Queen's- road, Reading, which is false, about 27 years of age, about 5 feet 6 inches high, dark hair with slight dark moustache, ruddy com- plexion with bright colour on cheekbones, gentlemanly appearance, dressed in black morning coat, blue and gray striped trowsers, black Oxford hat, and was wearing brown gloves:— On Friday, 13th instant, a dark chestnut mare, " Sutton," marked white below the bocks on both hind legs; white star on face; height about 15.1 or 2 hands; a set of brass- mounted harness, No. 18 on the bridle and pad, and stamped " A. Du Pont;" and a dog cart, marked " Hunt & Co." on the box of the wheels, painted dark green, picked out with black, with tail- board, dark green olotb cushions, and indiarubber mat, front seat, but no back seat or lamps; whip, maker's name stamped - Schomberg," snd branded " A. HITCHINGS, wanted on warrant, for obtaining £ 9 5*. at Hove, on the 14th April, 1893, by means of false cheques on the London and South Western Bank, Finsbury Pavement:— Is a draper's assistant; about 85 years of age, about 5 feet 4 or 5 inches high, dark brown hair cut short, dark com plexion, stout figure, square shoulders, full face, clean shaved; wore a yachting cap, dark brown rough tweed suit. Description of a silver cup, plate, and spoon, the property of Venerable Archdeacon James George Scott, which were stolen out of his house at Bray Great, parish of Bray, barony of Rathdown, on the night of the 8th or morning ot the 9th of April, 1892: — A small silver cup, 3£ or 4 inches high, nearly hemispherical on a hexagonal fort, and a knot on middle of upright, engraved with " L H. S." and other ornaments, gilt, but gilding was much worn; a silver plate, similar to foot or stand of cup, but 3 inches wider in diameter, the centre of it gilt, but gildiug was much worn, engraved on it " I. H. S.;" a small silver spcon for administering Sacrament in extreme cases, 3 inches long, and a cross on the top of the handle.
