Particulars of CHARLES ROUND, of Lord- street, Liverpool, who standi charged on remand with having, on 20th October, 1891, obtained, by false pretences, a sum of money from Edward Hurst, pro vision dealer, Parsonstown. Round is now in custody, and as it is believed he has also defrauded numbers of traders throughout the country, it is requested that the Police vrill cause the necessary inquiries to be made amongst small dealers in earthenware and others. He represents himself to be a commission agent tor various pottery firms in England, and also trades as the " Staffordshire Earthenware and Hardware Com- pany," a firm which exists in name only, and on receipt of money fails to forward the goods. In some instances where the orders were for small amounts, he has forwarded the goods for the purpose, presum- ably, of getting larger orders. Walks with a slight stoop and swaggering gait, gray or blue eyes, regular nose, fresh complexion, full face, medium make, 5 feet 6 inches high, about 18 years of ago, fair hair; wore a light tweed cap, dark tweed coat, dark trowsers and vest; is a servant boy. Description of tie undernamed young offender, who, on the 23rd November, 1891, absconded from the St. Kevin's Reformatory School at Glenrree:— JOHN FITZPATRICK, 2252, ab mt 17 or 18 years of age, 5 feet 2 or 5 feet 3 inchns high, ordinary make, fair complexion, brown hair, hazel eyes, ordinary nose, ordinary mouth, oval visage, small cut- mark on top of head; formerly belonged to 24, Upper Merrsv- street, Dublin; his parents reside at Goss's, 14, Aungier- street, Dublin. The school dress, all with the Reformatory Stamp, consists of:— Cloth cap ( Scotch make), corduroy jacket, corduroy trowsers, moleskin vest, elastic belt, and strong nailed bcots. No. 2252. Tho Manager the Reformatory will defray the expenses of his conveyance, if arrested, to the nearest Justice on remand, and will reward the person who may capture him with £\. 25th November, 1891. This teen was released on licence from Mountjoy Prison on 28th April, 1891, snd went to Belfast He left his residence on the 16th ult. without reporting to the Police, and his present whereabouts is unknown.
