DE COBAIN, native of Belfast, who stande charged that he did, within the past two years, at Belfast, commit an act of gross indecency with anothor male person, and within the same time, and at the place aforesaid did incite divers other male persons to commit sodomy:— Walks erect, square shoulders, corpulent contracts eyobrows when speaking, gray eyes, regular nose, pale oomplexion, full faco, stout make, 5 feet 10 inches high, about 48 yoaw of age, dark brown hair; wore a silk bat, black Chesterfield overcoat, black frock coat, dark trowsers, and dark vast j is a Member of Parliament. Left arm appears weak; gray eyes, regular nose, fresh complexion, round face, stout make, 5 feet 6 or 7 inches higb, about 40 years of age, brown hair; wore a dark Coat, gray trowsars, and vest; wears all his beard, which is of a dirty brown colour. Description of PATRICK DWYER, native o Grovestown, Dundrum, who Stands charged with having, on or about the 4th June, 1891, at Ballygur- rane, in the barony of Kilnamanagh, Lower, parish of Oughterleague, stolen four yearling cattle, the pro- perty of Rhody Dwyer, off his farm at Ballygurrane: — Delicate looking, stands erect, shaves all face except slight moustache, dark eyes, regular nose, dark com- plexion, thin face, slight make, 5 feet 9 inches high, about 32 years of age, dark hair; wore a brown hat with crape band, plaid sack coat, black cloth trousers, plaid vest; is a clerk. Description of MARK DEERY ( mother's surname Devlin), native of Feehane West, who stands charged with having, on the 6th January, 1892, at Gortin, in the barony of Strabane Upper, parish of Badoney Lower, seriously assaulted his uncle, Fras. Deery, by striking him several times on the head with a stick:— Speaks through his nose, shaves all his face except small fair moustache, gray eyes, regular nose, fair complexion, round face, medium make, 5 feet 7 inches high, about 24 years of age, fair hsir; wore a soft felt hat, dark frieze coat, gray trowsers, and white sleeted vest; is a farmer's son. Description of ANDREW M'CREA, native of Killowen, who stands charged with having, on the 9th October, 1891, in the barony of Omagh West, parish of Longfield West, fired a shot at John M'Menamin:— Shaved all his face recently except moustache, which is sandy; brown eyes, regular nose, fresh complexion, round fnll face, stout make, 5 feet 7- jj incnes high, about 28 years of age, sandy hair; is a Labourer. Description of THOMAS CASHEL ( mother's surname Foley), native of Cappoquin, who stands charged with having, on or about the 3rd September, 1891, in the barony of Coshmore and Coshbride, parish of Lismore, stolen a letter containing a postal order for 1£ « . :— Walks with a slight stoop and swaggering gait, gray or blue eyes, regular nose, fresh complexion, full I ace, medium make, 5 feet 6 inches high, about 18 years of age, fair hair; wore a light tweed cap, dark tweed coat, dark trowsers and vest; is a servant boy. It is probable he may have enlisted. Warrant has been issued for his arrest in hands of District Inspector, Cappoquin. Cappoquin, 23rJ Oct., 1891. ( 12255 c.—- 94555.) Wicklow. Description of the undernamed young offender, who, on the 23rd November, 1891, absconded from the St. Kevin's Reformatory School at Glencree :— JOHN FITZPATRICK, 2252, about 17 or 18 years of age, 5 feet 2 or 5 feet 3 inches high, ordinary make, fair complexion, brown hair, hazel eyes, ordinary nose, ordinary mouth, oval visage, small cut- mark on top of head; formerly belonged to 2}, Upper Mercer- street, Dublin ; his parents reside at Gore's, 14, Auugier- street, Dublin. The school dress, all with the Reformatory Stamp, consists of:— Cloth cap ( Scotch make), corduroy jacket, corduroy trowsers, moleskin vest, elastic belt, and strong nailed boots, No. 2252. The Manager of the Reformatory will defray the expenses of his conveyance, if arrested, to the nearest Justice on remand, and will reward the peison who may capture him with £ 1. 25th November, 1891. Description of the undernamed young offender, who, on the 23rd November, 1891, absconded from the St. Kevin's Reformatory School at Glencree :— JAMES M'SHEA, 2408, about 16 years of age, 5 feet 1 or 2 inches high, ordinary make, fresh com- plexion, brown hair, brown eyes, ordinary nose, ordinary mouth, oval visage; cut mark on forehead ; formerly belonged to 2 or 8, Clarendon- row, Dublin; parents reside at 4, Lower Mercer- street, Dublin. The School dress, all with Reformatory Stamp, consists of:—- Cloth cap ( Scotch make), cordurcy jacket, moleskin vest, corduroy trowsers, elastic belt, strong nailed boots, No. 2408. M'Shane is the boy's real name, his brother- in- law, Joseph Walsh ( window blind maker), resides at 3, Lower Kevin- street, and his aunt, Mrs. Rafferty, who works at Jacob's, resides in Bride- street, Dublin. Tae Manager of the Reformatory will defray the expenses of his conveyance, if arrested, to the nearest Justice, on remand, and will reward the person who may capture him with £ 1. 25th November, 1891. Description of MATHEW FAHY, who stands charged with the larceny of three chests of tea from the premises of the Midland Great Western Railway Company, at North Wall, on 30th November, 1891 :— 35 years of age, 5 feet 9 inches high, stout build, round shoulders, brown hair, full face, heavy sandy moustache, remainder of face shaved ; when last seen was dressed in cross- bar tweed suit and black Jer.- y hat; is a native of Woodford, county Galway, and has friends residing at Athenry and Nenagh, Warrant in the hands of Chief Superintendent.. 9th January, 1892. Particulars relative to Convict THOMAS BURNS, o. 128, convicted at the Recorder's Court, Belfast, county Antrim, on 17th February, 1887, for break- ing and entering, and larceny, and previous conviction, and sentenced to 5 years' penal servitude:— 28 years of age on conviction, single, is an iron turner, b iro at Falls- road, Belfast, resided at Belfast before conviction; has friends residing at Divis- street, Bel- fast:— Fair hair, gray eyes, fair eyebrows, broad nose, medium mouth, fresh complexion, oval visage, stout make, 5 feet 5$ inches high, scar on forehead right knee, and left breast, two dots between left thumb and fingar, lost several upper teeth. This man was released on licence from Mountjoy Prison on 28th April, 1891, end went to Belfast. Ho left his residence on the 16th ult. without reporting to the Police, and his present whereabouts is unknowr. In the event of his arrest he should be dealt with under seo. 5 of 34 and 35 Vic., cap. 112. 5th November, 1891 ( 437 n. c,) Licensed convict, JOHN O'BRIEN, Hae- and- Cry, 20th November, n t arrested. Particulars relative to Convict THOMAS NASH, convicted at Chelmsford, Essex, at the Quarter Sessions, on the 19th October, 1887, for fraud, and sentenced to 5 years' penal servitude and 3 years' police super- vision :— 45 yean of sge on conviction, is a labourer, born in Middlesex; no fixed residence; brown hair, blue eyes, fair eyebrows, regular nosa, medium mouth, fresh completion, oval visage, proportionate make, 5 feet 3 inches high; scar on left arm. This man was released from Pentonville Prison on licence, 29th October, 1891. He notified to the Dublin Metropolitan Police on 26th ult. that he was going to Cork, but he has not reported himself there, and his present whereabouts is unknown. In the event of his arrest he should be dealt with under sec. 5 of 34 and 35 Vic., cap. 112. 21st January, 1892. ( 451 H. c.) Sussex. Description of THOMAS HENRY JONES alias GEORGE WILLIAMS, wanted on Wairant for stealing at Hove, where he last resided, on 14th October, 1891, £ 1 13*., the moneys of his master :— 14 years of age, 5 feet 2 inches high, light hair, fair complexion, slight figure; wore a gray cap, black jacket, gray striped trowsers, and black vest; is an errand boy; his father, Henry Jones, resides at 7, Lambeth- tquare. Has an uncle a grocer, living at Streatham, where he was at one time employed. Information to Major TEEVAN, Chief Constab Hove. Chief Constable's Office, Hove, 4th November, 1891. ( 436 H. Lonsdale, Provision Merchants, Glasgow, Manchester, etc., for whom he acted as manager in this city, RICHARD PRICE:— From 35 to 40 years of age, 5 feet 8 or 9 inches high, ordinary make, bnt fnll chested, light brown bair, cut abort, small side whiskers and fair moustache, otherwise clean shaved. Dressed when he absconded on 84th nit. in a dark ferge jacket su'it, black felt hat, and light- gray tweed Ulster with cape. Is married, and resided at 16, Dalhonsie- street, Glasgow. Will probably endeavour to emigrate, unless he has already done so. Please cause diligent search and enquiry to be made at hotels, shipping offices, and other likely places, and should the accused be found, arrest, and wire, J. Boyd, Chief Constable here. H.," the owner's initials, are engraved on the inside and outside the back of the watch, and the words " Elgin, Id. Watch Co." engraved on dial, value for about £ 25.
