Description of ELIZA TALLON, alias HALIGAN, native of Killenure, county Wicklow, who stands charged with having, on the 13th January, 1891, in the barony of Rathvilly, parish of Tullow Phelan, deserted her male child, about 10 days old:— Good looking, gray eyes, thin sharp nose, sallow complexion, thin face, slight make, 5 feet 3 inches high, about 28 years of age, dark hair; is a servant, and was lust at a situation near Ovoca, coanty Wicklow. Description of DENIS CONNELL, native of Doneraile, county Cork, who stands charged with having, on the morning of the 12th February, 1891, in the barony cf Fermoy, parish of Caherduggan, attempted to commit larceny, and with having set fire to a hay- rick, the property of John Dunlea, of Bally- ellis:— Rowdy appearance, large mouth, wild gray eyes, cccked nose, ruddy complexion, full face, medium make, 5 feet 7 inches high, abont 20 years of age, brown hair; wore a brown tweed coat, corduroy trowsers, and brown tweed vest; is a labourer, was in the militia. Description of GEORGE WILSON, alias WILLIAM DUNCAN, alias GEORGE FRAZER, native of Londonderry, who stands charged with having, on the 11th February, 1891, in the barony of Lower Ariis, parish of Bangor, failed to report his arrival to R. I C. at Bangor, Down, he being a person nnder police supervision :— Mole on left of neck, sme. ll mole left side, hazel ejes, frash complexion, long face, proportionate make, 6 feet of inches high, about 30 years of age, dark brown hair; is a paiiter. This man was liberate! from Preston Gaol on 11th February, 1891, having been convicted and sentenced to 12 calendar months hard labeur, and 3 years' police supervision for obtaining book of printers' specimens at Preston by false pretences, after previous convictions. Description of JAMES DORRIAN ( mother's surname M'Allister), native of Greyabbey, who stands charged with having, on the 2nd March, 1891, in the barony ot Lower Ards, parish of Greyabbey, assaulted Jobn Kane, by knocking him down and fracturing his skull, from tbe effects ot which he died on 3rd March, 1891 :— Slightly pockpitted, near- sighted, wears glasses generally, gray weak eyes, sharp nose, fair complexion, regular red face, m< dium make, 6 feet 6 iuches hi. h, about 55 years of age, light brown hair; were a solt brown hat, black cjat, brass watch chain; is a weaver. Description of JAMES MULLIGAN, native of Omagh. who etinds charged with having, on the 21st day of February, 1891, in the barony of Ballybritt, parish of Birr, stolen the snm of £ 13 5s. from Captain Money, of the York and Lancaster Regiment, Birr Barracks:— Scar over right eyebrow, small tumour over right eyelid, two bald spots on back of head caused by cut- marks, slightly bow- legged, gray eyes, regular nose, dark florid complexion, round face, very stout make, 5 feet 7} inches high, about 30 years of age, dark hair ; wore a dark hard hat, dark twead coat and vest with yellow check lines j is an officer's servant; enlisted at Warrington, and has worked as labourer in iron works, Leeds. Description of PATRICK DRISCOLL, native of Odorney, county Kerry, who stands charged with having, in the month of November, 1890, in the barony of borough of Limerick, parish of St. John's, unlawfully carnally known a girl, Mary Daly, under the age of 13 years:— Gray eyes, very large nose, sallow complexion, long face, medium make, 5 feet 6 inches high, about 22 years of age; wore an eld gray tweed coat, tweed trowsers, and vest; is a wire worker. Description of a MAN and WOMAN, names and native place unknown, who stand charge! with having, on the 17th February, 1x9 . it the barony ot Moy- ashel and Magheratarnon, parish of Dysart, feloniously stolen from Bridget Looran, of Dysart, certain articles of dress, on the highway, at Rathnamuddagh :— 1. Long thin nose, ire- h completion, stout make, middle height, about 45 or 50 yeirs of age, grayish hair, grayish moustache, and loig oeard; wore a soft black hat and long black coat patched in ^ b< tck of shoulders, carried a blackthorn stick; is a tramp. 2. M., on the 12th February, 1891 :— 1. Large silver locket, with small gold diamond- shaped panel raised on it, plain silver back, a slender silver coil chain attached; all value for about £ 6 10s. 2.
