No Description can be inserted unless an Information shall have been Sworn; but it is not necessary to forward tbe Informations to the Inspector- General. ~ • - Notioca respecting all Feloniee and such Misdemeanours as are of an aggravated nature will be inserted. All Descriptions of jiersons whose apprehension is sought on a charge of Misdemeanour should be accompanied by a statement that a Warrant has been issued, and by tho name of the pereon in whose hands it is. But the Constabulary should remember that they cannot arrest a person charged with an offence of this nature unless thoy have tbe Warrant in their possession when making the arrest. Description of a MAN, name and native place unknown, who stands charged with having, on tie 24th January, 1889, in the barony of Lower Toome, parish of Ballymena, obtained money by false pretences and forgery:— Full ( white yellowish) eyes, straight nose, very swarthy complexion, full face, stout make, 5 feet 10 inches high, about 45 years of age, dark hair, tinged with gray ; wore a round hard hat, gray tweed Norfolk jacket, trowsers, and vest, to match ; has been in America; is a good talker; protends he is a military man named Major Rhodes, and has served on the Staff in Egypt t is a swindler. Belfast Doscription of GEORGE CALWELL, native of Connor, county Antrim, who stands charged with having, on tho 3rd day of January, 1889, in the barony o£ Shankhill, parish of Shankhill, embezzled a sum ^£ 12 9>• and divers other sums of money, the property of Robert M'Mullan:— Leans his head slightly to < he right when walking, slightly stooped shoulders, blue eyes, regular nose, fresh complexion, round faco, medium make, 5 feet 11 inches high, about 34 years of age, fair hair; wore a brown dust coat, striped trowsers, black vest; is a commercial traveller. Resided at Hanover- street, ' Belfast. Warrant in tho hands of District Inspector, Police Office, Belfast. Belfast, 17th March, 1889. ( 9SW c— 62536.) Carlow. Description of JOHN FISHER, native of Germany, who stands charged with having, on the 8th March, 18J- 9, at Carlow, in ihe barony of Carlow, parish of Carlow, stolen a silver lever watch ( the watch has been recovered), the property of Wi| b". am Vass, of Carlow Has boils or sores on back of neck, flushed face, stout make, 5 feet 5 inches high, about 40 years ef » ge, wore a five- peaked cap of gra; tfreed, dark coat, trowscrs and vest; the face is shaved, except moustache, which is dark. Generally carries a re- volver. Fisher is a tramping German, who states he is an expert at watchmaking; also calls on clorgymen to tune organs. Carlow, 12th March, 1889. ( 95009 c— 62607.) Cavan. Description of FRANCIS QUINN, ( mother's surname, Doogan), native of Smear, county Longford, who stands charged with having, on the 25th January, 1889, in the barony of Tullybunco, parish of Killa- shandra, dangerously assaulted Patrick Reilly, of Drumhaldry, county Longford, and who escaped from the Police Escort on the 5th February, 1889, at Cornea, county Cavan, while being conveyed to Petty Sessions:— Brown eyes, long nose, dark complexion, long face, medium make, 5 feet 6 inches high, about 18 years of age, dark hair; wore a round hat, check tweed coat, trowsers. and vest; is a farmer's son. Killeshandra, 7th Feb., 1889. ( 94247 c.— 61429.) Cork. Description of a TINKER, WIFE, and DAUGHTER, names and native places unknown, who stand charged with having, on the 7th March, 1889, in the barony of West Muskerry, parish of Inchigeela, stolen £ 14 10s. from the house of one John Ring, where they lodged the previous night:— 1. Slightly lame of left leg, cocked nose, dark complexion, round face, stout make, 5. feet 5 inches high, about 50 years of age, dark curly hair; wore an old brown overcoat, plaid trowsers; is a tinker. 2. Brown eyes, sallow complexion, long face, stout make, 5 feet 5 inches high, about 50 years of age, black hair; wore a navy blue dress, old hooded cloak ; is wife of above. 3. Rather cocked nose, fair complexion, round face, medium make, 5 feet 4 inches high, about 22 years of age, fair hair; wore a brown dress and brown striped shawl; is daughter of above. Description of JAMES MEADE, native of Bally- longane, who stands charged with having, on the 23rd January, 1889, in the barony of Imokilly, parish of Cloyne, indecently assaulted a girl named Ellen Quirk, aged 10 years;— Gray eyes, regular nose, fab com- plexion, round face, stout make, 5 feet 2 inches high, about 17 years of age, fair hair; wore a gray tweed coat, trowsers, and vest; is a farm labourer. A Warrant in hands of Constabulary at Cloyne for his arrest. Midleton, 30th January, 1889. ( 94265 c.— 70120.) Donegal. Description of ANTHONY M'CLAFFERTY ( mother's surname Coyle), native of Glenerragh, who stands charged with having, on the I4tli January, 1889, at Glenerragh, in the barony of Kilmacrenan, parish of Meevagh, forcibly rescued a prisoner from lawful custody who WHS arrested for being drunk and disorderly;— Upper front teeth prominent, no whiskers, beard, or. moustache, dark eyes, regular no r, pale sallow complexion, round full face, stout make, 5 feet 9 inches high, about 22 years of age, dark hair; wore a dark tweed cap, tweed coat, dark tweed trowsers tweed vest; is a labourer. He was in America. Re- turned from Scotland on 1st December, 1888, it is likely that he has gone there. The Sergeant, R. I. O., at Glen, holds a Warrant for his ftrrost. Dunfanaghy, 29th Jan., 1889. Description of JOHN SLEVIN, native of Donegal Town, who stands charged, with having, on the 9th December, 1888 in the . barony of Tyrhugh, parish of Donegal, assauled Constable William H. Carton, when in the'execution of his duty, and '•. - Taped from custody:— Broad square shoulders, thick heavy black eyebrows, and moustache, dark eyes, regular noae, dark complexion, long face, stout make, 5 feet 5 inches high, about 30 years of age, black hair; wore a black cap, dark coat, trowsers, and vest; is a navvy, looks like a coal- porter. Description of JOHN MONAGHAN, native of Dromore, county Tyrone, who stands charged with having, on the 21st February, 1889, in the barony ot Lurg, parish of Magheraculmoney, attempted to commit a rape on Anna Wamsby, a married woman, 55 years of age:— Gray eyes, regular nose, flair complexion, round face, stout make, 5 feet 6 inches high, about 27 years of age, fair hair; wore a gray tweed coat, trowsers and vest; is a shoemaker. Has resided for the last two years near Ederney, county Fermanagh. Has been living a considerable time in England and Scotland ; to- sither country it is believed he has absconded. Dunmore, seriously assaulted Patrick Deskin, by striking him on the head with a stick, thereby placing his life in danger:— Brown eyes, long noss, sillo* complexion, thin face, medium make, 5 feet 6Ji inches high, about 52 years of agaftu^ fwn hair, slightly tinged with gray; wore a low black hard hat, dark frieze coat, dark tweed trowsers and vest; is a tarmer. Description of a MAN, name and native place unknown, who stands charge! with having, oa the morning of 6th February, 1889, in the barony of Troughenackmy, parish of Tralee, stolen two heifers tbe property of Denis Barrett, of Tralee ( the cattle have been reooverod):— Fair complexion, round face, modium make, 5 feet 8 inches high, about 22 years of brown hair, small brown moustache; wore a twk hard hat, dark gray sack coat, snuff colour wsers. Tralee, 9th February, 1889. ( 94429 c— 61508.) who stand charged with having, on the 4th March, 1889, in the barony of Coleraine, parish of Desertghill, assaulted John M'Donald, a special bailiff, in the execution of his duty, aad did, by force and violence, rescue two cows and a horse he had seized under a Civil Bill Decree :— 1. Dark eyes, regular nose, dark complexion, thin face, slight make, 5 feet inches high, about 28 years of age, black hair, turning gray; wore a soft hat, dark tweed coat, trowsers, and vest; is a farmer. A Warrant is in the hands of the Sergeant, Royal Irish Constabulary, at Garvagh, for his arrest. 2. Gray eyas, regular nose, dark complexion, thin sharp face, slight make, 4 feet 10 inches high, abont 30 years of age, dark hair; wore a black hat; is wife to No. I. A Warrant is in the hands of the Sergeant, Royal Irish Constabulary, at Garvagh, for her arrest. Coleraine, 5th March, 1889. ( 94917 c.— 62439. Description of ALEXANDER M'GREGOR ( mother's surname, Marrs), native of Coleraine, who stands charged with having, on the 4th day of February, 1889, in the barony of Coleraine, parish of Coleraine, Unlawfully and indecently assaulted one Rebecca M'Fadden:— Walks with a swaggering gait, deep wrinkles in forehead, dark eyes, cocked nose, sallow complexion, round face, stout make, 5 feet high, about 19 or 20 years of age, dark hair; wore a soft felt hat, which he left behind him, old gray tweed coat, dark tweed trowsers, and vest; is a labourer. Information has been sworn and a Warrant is in the hands of the District Inspector, Royal Irish Constabu- lary at Coleraine. Coleraine, 5th February, 1889. ( 94368 c.— 61373.) Description of a person giving the name of ROSE HANLON, native place unknown, who stands charged with having, on the 21st March, 1889, in the barony of Ferrard, parish of Monasterboice, deserted her female child agad about 6 weeks, thereby endangering its life :— Small sore on side of month, regular nose, fair complexion, broad face, stout make, 5 feet 4 inches high, about 29 years of age, fair or reddish hair; wore a light gray shawl, laced boots.. This woman may be found in a workhouse. Warrant for her arrest is in hands of District Inspector at Drogheda. Drogheda, 23rd March, 1889. ( 95194 62942.) Description ol RALPH MANLY alias GORE, native ot England, who stands charged with having, on the llth day February, 1889, in the barony of Dundalk, parish of Dundalk, committed forgary and fraud by presenting a forged cheque to a trader in Dundalk, and obtaining the sum of £ 28 10 » . thereon:— Tattooed cross swords and O. M. C. or G. on left fore- arm, hazel eyes, regular nose, sallow complexion, thin face, slight make, 5 feet inches high, about 25 years of age, brown hair; wore regimentals, but will probably dress in plain clothes; is a private in Royal Scots Greys, He will endeavour to emigrate. Description of a MAN, name unknown, and native place supposed to be Dublin, who stands charged with having, on the 17th January, 1889, in the barony of Lower Duleek, parish of Knockcommon, stolen four head of cattle, the property of Mary Sampson, of Rathdrina:— Shaves all the face and wore a fairish monstacbe, pale complexion, worn face, medium make, 5 feet inches high, about 40 years of age. Queen's^ Description of EDWARD FOLEY, native of Ballyadams, who stands charged with having, on the 13th day of August, 1888, in the barony of Bally- adams, parish of Ballyadams, taken two ass- loads of hay from off the lands of Thomas Kemmis, Esquire, at Ballyadams, it being lands from which defendant had been evicted:— Brown eyes, rogular nose, callow complexion, round face, medium make, 5 feet 7 inches high, about 41 years of aga, dark hair, very short, dark whiskers, and dark moustache; wore a wide- awake hat, dark tweed coat, trowsers, and vest; is an evicted tenant. Description of PATRICK DOCKERY, naje of Ardkeena, who stands charged with having, on various dates in December, 1888, and January, 1889, in the barony of Roscommon, parish of Ogulla, feloniously stolen certain letters and packages, the property of the Postmaster- General:— Has high, rather round, shoulders, gray eyes, long nose, pale complexion, long face, medium make, 5 feet 11 inches high, about 25 years of age, dark hair; generally wears a tweed cap ; wore a bright tweed coat, trowsers, and vest; is a Post Office messenger. Description of JOHN M'CORMICK ( mother's surname, Sweeny, native of Toorlestraun, who stands charged with having, on the 13th February, 1889, in the barony of Leyney, parish of Achonry, at Tubbercurry, assaulted Thomas Gallagher, so as to endanger his life :— Left leg appears stiff, when walking, drags it slightly, got a black eye in fight, small mark still remains; gray eyes, regular nose, fair rather pale complexion, rather long face, medium make, 5 feet 8 or 9 inches high, about 22 years of age, dark fair hair; wore a black hard hat, dark sack coat, dark tweed trowsers and vest; is a labourer. Description of MICHAEL TOBIN, native of Shrough, near Tipperary, who stani's charged with having, on the night of 17th or morning of 18th January, 1889, in tbe barony of Clanwilliam, parish of Ballybrood, feloniously stolen and taken away six bullocks, the property of Mrs. S. E. Gabbett, from her farm at Mountminnett, county Limerick, and that ho had the same unlawfully in his possession :— Dark eyebrows and moustache, dark beard and whiskers cut short, regular nose, dark complexion, regular face, slight make, 5 feet 6 inches high, about 35 years of age, dark hair ; wore a soft dark hat, dark clothes; is a cattle jobber, He deals in ponies and Kerry cattle, and frequents fairs in the west of Ireland. Description of WILLIAM BYRNE, native of Duncummin, who stands charged with having, on tbe 12th of February, 1889, in the barony of Clanwilliam, parish of Tipperary, had three stolen calves in his possession, knowing them to be stolen. The calves are the property of Mrs. E. Gabbett, Mountminnitt, county Limerick :— Freckled face, small eyes, swarthy complexion, thin face, 5 feet 6 inches bigb, about 17 or 18 years of agt>, dark hair; wore a bright tweed coat, corduroy trowsers; is a labourer. Description of JOHN WRIGHT ( mother's surname Rush), native of Tattykeel, who left his home, in the barony of East Omagh, parish of Cappagh, on the 23rd February, 1889, and it is suspected he has met with foul play :— Mark on pupil of right eye, which renders him blind, blue eyes, regular nose, fair com- plexion, regular face, medium mj> ku, 5 feet 6 inches hifh, about 20 years of age, brown hair ; wore a twe- peaked ' ap, light tweed coat, trowsers and vest, suit all one kind of cloth; is a labourer. Description of ROBERT M'KEOWN alias " CLOGGY," native of Cookstown, who stands charged with having, on the 19th February, 1889, in the barony of Middle Dungannon, parish of Killyman, stolen from the person of Thomas Keenan, of Cullen- rammer, tbe sum of £ 7 13*. 6< 2,, viz.:— One five pound note, two one pound notes, numbers unknown, remainder in silver:— Wants some fingers on the right hand, which is always wrapped up in a stocking or dirty rag; walks with a stoop, down- looking appearance, dark eyes, regular nose, dark complexion, long wrinkled face, medium make, 5 feet 4 inches high, about 50 years of age, dark hair, turning gray; wore a round hard hat, sometimes a two- peaked cap, dark brown short coat, tweed trowsers and vest » is a ragman and cattle drover. Description of JEREMIAH O'NEILL, native of MALLOW, county Cork, who stands charged with having, on the 1st day of March, 1889, in the barei- Ai Cosh- more and Coshbride, parish of Lismore, stolen a mare, the property of Francis Taaffe, esq., out of his stable- yard at Fortwilliam, county Waterford:— Very slight limp, and a very marked lisp when speaking ; bit - J eyes, regular noee, sandy complexion, clear.- t- haved face, stent make, 5 fett 7 inches high, about 25 or 26 years of age; is a groom. ELLEN M'ENERY, infanticide, not arrested; Hue- and- Cry, 23rd October, 1888. ( 92145 c.— 57453.) Kilkenny. / ANDREW WALSH, grievous assault, not arrested ; Hue- and- Cry, 6th November, 1888. ( 90661 c.— 55298.) Limerick. Description of PATRICK HYNES ( mother's surname Moroney), native of Limerick City, who stands charged with having, on the morning of the tend February, 1889, in the borough of Limerick, parish of St. Mary's, unlawfully and burglariously entered the dwelling house and store of Stephen Tubridy, of Athlunkard- street, in this city, and stolen therefrom the sum of about 15*.:— Gray or blue eyes, regular nose, fresh complexion, regular face, medium make, 5 feet 6 or 7 inches high, about 32 years of age, brown hair; wore a round hard hat, brown tweed coat and vest, much worn, old navy blue trowsers, bad old highlow boots. Description of PATRICK DALY, native of Bally- currane, who stands chargad with having, on the llth February, 1889, in the barony of Clanwilliam, parish of Emly, county Tipperary, unlawfully in his posses- sion three bullocks, the property of R. C. Dobbs, which were stolon from his farms at Knockgreau and Knocknacrohy, county Limerick, on 4th September and 26th November, 1888 :— Ill- looking, speaks rather loud and partly through his nose ; rather long nose, fair complexion,- oval faoo, medium make, 5 feet 8 inches high, abont 35 years o£. a!> e, brown hair; wore a bluish coat, gray tweed trowsors and vest; is a farmer. Description of WILLIAM FARRELL, native place unknown, who stands charged with having, on the 10th instant, in the borough of Limerick, parish of St. Michael's, stolen from the houso of Walter Baxendale a coat the property of his son, William H. S. Baxendale, which has since been found in a pawn office:— Gray eyes, regular note, fair complexion, broad face, medium make, 5 feet 9 inches high, about 38 years of age, fair hair, cut short; wore a gray tweed coat, trowsors, and vest, all of which are faded ; is a pedlar and army reserve man. This man deals in small stationery and jewellery through the country. Warrant in hands of District Inspector, Limerick. Limerick, 16th Feb., 1889. ( 94546 c._ 61721.) Londonderry. Description of DAVID BROWN, JUNIOR, native of Tullanee, who stands charged with having, on the 6th day of March, 1889, in the Half- barony of Tirkeeran, parish of Faughanvale, committed a rape on Matilda M'Ginnis, a girl of about 13 years of Se;— Shuffling gait, wants first joint of middle finger right hand, gray eyes, long nose, fair complexion, long face, medium make, 5~ i$ at high, aboat 16 years of age, fair hair; wore an old navy blue coat, navy blue trowsers and Vest; is a cattle drover. Description of BERNARD ROGERS, native of Magheramore, and MARY ANNE ROGERS ( mother's surname M'Daid), native of Magheramore, THE POLICE GAZETTE, OR HUE- AND- CRY, DECEMBER 2 6 , 1889. Westmeath. JOHN HEFFERNAN, escaped lunatic,, not apprehended; Hue- and- Cry, 26th October, 1888. ( 9292— 57692.) DUBLIN METROPOLITAN pOLIcE, G Division. Particulars relative to Convict JOHN M'KENNA, A 908, convicted at Dublin City Sessions, on 26th August, 1884, for false pretences and housebreaking, sentenced to 5 years' penal servitude; 25 years of age on conviction, single, is a painter, born in Drumcondra, resided before conviction at Dublin, where his friends reside :— Brown hair, blue eyes, brown eyebrows, regular nose, regular mouth, fresh complexion, oval visage, stout make, 5 feet 7£ inches high; upper front teeth irregular. This man was released on licence, from Maryborough Prison, on 2nd August, 1888. He recently left his residence, 50, Lower Tyrone- street, Dublin, without reporting to the Metropolitan Police, and his present whereabouts is unknown. In the event of his arrest he should be dealt with under section 5 of the Act 34 and 35 Vie., cap. 112. ( 236 H. c.) Particulars relative to Convict HENRY IRE- LAND, A. 849, convicted at Ennis, county Clare, at Quarter Sessions, on 15th April, 1884, for subsequent felony, and sentenced to 5 years' penal servitude :— 27 years of age on conviction, single, is a nail maker; his friends reside at Hacketstown, county Carlow:— Brown hair, blue eyes, brown eyebrows, small nose, medium mouth, pole complexion, oval visage, slight make, 5 feet 3 inches high. This man was released from Maryboro' Prison on licence, 12th May, 1888. He reported to the R. I. C. at Ballinrobe, on the 9th ult., his intention of going to Castlebar, but he has not reported himself at the latter place, and his present whereabouts is unknown. In the event of his arreat he should be dealt with under sec. 5 of 34 and 35 Via, cap. 112. ( 234 H. c.) Particulars relative to Convict WILLIAM GRIFFIN, c 133, convicted at Omagh Summer Assizes, on 12th July, 1887, for rape, and sentenced to 5 years' penal servitude:— 32 years of age on con- viction, married, is a labourer, born at Fintona, county Tyrone, resided before conviction at Fintona, county Tyrone, where his friends reside; black hair, brown eyes, dark eyebrows, lar^ e nose inclined to right, medium month, dark complexion, oval visage, pro- portionate make, 5 feet 10 inches high, teveral cut marks on head, large cut mark on palm of left hand, varicose veins in legs. This man was released from Mountjoy Prison, on licence, 26th July, 1888, and went to Fintona. He failed to make his usual monthly report on the 1st instant, and his present whereabouts is unknown. In the event of his arrest he Bhould be dealt with under sec. 5 of 34 & 35 Vic., cap. 112. ( 233 H. C.) Particulars relative to convict PATRICK NOLAN, A 899, convicted ut Dublin Summer Assizes, on 7th August, 1884, for larceny, and sentenced to 5 years' penal servitude:— 49 years of age on conviction, single, is a labourer; born in Dublin, where be resided before conviction, and where his friaWp reside; brown hair, haiel eyes, light brown eyebrows, long and thick nose, large mouth, sallow complexion, oval visage, medium make, 5 feet 5 inches high; B. C. on right side, and D. on left, lost a front upper tooth, small brown mole on right shin. This man was released from Mountjoy Prison, 10th July, 1888, on licence, and went to reside at 118, Coombe. He has recently left his residence without reporting to the Police, and his present whereabouts is unknown. C.) ENGLISH POLICE. Derbyshire. AMENDED INFORMATION. Wanted on Warrant, charged with stealing three bullocks, value £ 35, from a field at Aston- on- Trent, in this county, at 7 30 a. m., 19th inst, the property of Mr. Joseph Turner. The bullocks have been recovered. Bv a farm labourer named Benjamin Hibbert; he is of the following description, viz,:—. Twenty years of age, 5 feet 11 inches high, fresh complexion, black hair, roundish face, no whiskers or moustache. ^ Js rather round- shouldered, long neck, prominent flpoat ( Adam's apple), all his toes are contracted, and he # alks heavily on his heels, leans forward and goes with s slouching gait, one leg slightly bowed. . Was dressed, black hard felt hat, new blue- black overcoat, brown check mixture tweed suit, rather worn, light lace- up boots. This man booked by the 3 20 p. m. train on 19th inst., from Derby to Holyhead, and from Holyhead to Dublin, and on the 20th from Dublin to Queenstown. It is thought he intends going to America, but he cannot be traced arriving at Queenstown, and it is now conjectured that he may have broken his journey en route to the latter place and commenced drinking. Please cause every possible enquiry to be made, and if found, arrest, and wire to the Deputy Chief Constable, as below, when an officer will be sent for him and pay expenses. RICHARD WOODROOFE, a watchmaker, 40 years of age, 5 feet 7 inches high, stout build, ruddy complexion, reddish hair, full whiskers, slight moustache, is pockpitted, was dressed in a brownisH tweed suit and billy- cock hat. Has had a number of watch clubs in Great Britain and Ireland. May be accompanied by his sister, 30 years of age, 5 feet 6 inches high, very stout, red hair, and walks erect. Information sworn. Information requested as to the whereabouts of licence- holder THOMAS DELANY alias WILSON, released from Her Majesty's Convict Prison, Mountjoy, on the 13th instant, on licence t9 this city, for the purpose of emigrating to America, but who refused to proceed in the vetsel, and his whereabouts are unknown since the 16th instant:— He is a shoemaker, native of Tip- perary, 49 years of age, 5 feet inches high, brown hair, blue eyes, stout build, fresh complexion, oval features large cut scar on outside corner of right eye, cut on right wrist, wart near comer of right eye, some- what deaf, and lost an upper front tooth He was convicted at Birr, King's County, 8th October, 1879, of burglary, after previous conviction, and sentenced to 10 years' penal servitude. Wanted, for neglecting to notify leaving the district on or about the 1st instant, as required by the Preven- tion of Crimes Act, 1871 RICHARD DAVIES, a native of Hinstock, Shropshire, 51 years of age, 5 feet 10 inches high, dark hair, gray eyes, fresh com- plexion, mole on left cheek, and scar on left temple. Convicted at Liverpool Assizes, 8th May, 1884, of perjury ( committed at the Liverpool County Court), and sentenced to 5 years' penal servitude, but released on licence, 12th May last. Since that time he has carried on business as a furniture dealer, Ac., at 208, Walton- road, in this city, and obtained quantities of goods from different firms in various parts of the oountry on credit, most of which were disposed of by auction soon after their receipt for what they would realize. He is likely to commence a similar business in some other town. Kindly cause careful inquiry to be made, and, if found, arrest and telegraph or com- municate any information you may be able to obtain as early as possible to the Chief Superintendent. Wanted, on Warrant, for embezzling between £ 200 and £ 3CO, the moneys of his employer, on the 18th instant:— JOHN MaSON, 34 years of age, 5 feet 9 inches high, proportionate build, walks very erect, florid complexion, reddish nose, light yellow hair, and slight yellow moustache, fingers of left hand rather bard through constant playing of the violin. Dressed in black hard billycock hat, light brown dust coat, black coat and vest, and striped trowsers; carried a light- coloured strong leather cash- bag. He was em- ployed as a flour miller's traveller, and is a native of Market Drayton, Shropshire. Will no doubt attempt to get away to some foreign country.
