The first man, Pierce, was living in St. Giles'- street, in this town, with his wife, a tall, good- looking woman, fresh complexion, and brown hair cut short, and a little boy about 4 years of age. Another man, said to be his brother, James Pierce, was living with him, and assisting in the business, which was styled " The Bon Marche ;" the latter is about 24 years of age, 5 feet 3 or 4 inches high, clear dark complexion. Tho second man, Brice, was living with his wife at 61, Sheep- street, in this town ; Mrs. Brice is a stout woman, and taller than her husband. Letters of enquiry have been received from all parts where these people have sent fot goods, including furniture, rugs, mats, bedding, fancy goods, flannel, table cloths, woollen goods, & c., & c.
