WANTED at Paisley, charged with culpable homicide, Philip Lynch, a farm servaLt, native of Neilston, Renfrewshire, 26 years of age, 5 ftet 8 inches in height, brown hair, small whiskers on side of head, gray eyes, round full- faced, rathtr high cheek bones, Iresh complexion, stoutmake, a little round shouldered. Ho was then dressed in dark gray tweed cap, with hooked- down peak, gray tweed jacket and trowsers, strong lacing boots; the dress of a farm servant. Accused, who left Rothesay, where he was working on a new road on 16th Jure curt., was last seen at Glasgow Agricultural Society Show, on 18th curt. He has been a larm servant in Eaglesham, East Kilbride, and Rutherglen. Special search is requested to bo made for the accused, and if found, please to apprehend and detain him, and information by telegram or otherwise to be forwarded to the Chief Constable of Renfrewshire, Paisley. PARTICULARS relative to Convict William Hamilton, or Denis Hayes, or W. E. M'Kenzie, or William Archibold, convicted" at the Sessions, Letterkenny, county Donegal, on 20tli October, 1880, for larceny, and sentenced to 5 years' penal servitude :— 34 years of age on conviction, can read and write, is a Protestant, single, engine driver, prison trade labourer; born in States, Brighton; resided before conviction at Lifiord ; states he has a sister residing in Glasgow; fair hair, gray eyes, fair eyebrows, sharp nose, medium mouth, pale complexion,' oval visage, slight make, 5 feet inches high. B. C. tattooed on right side, lost three or four teeth right side of upper jaw, nose appears to have been injured. This convict was released on licence on 22nd December, 1884, and went to Liverpool; he reported himself at Cookstown, on 2rtJ June, 1885, and stated he was going to Mullingar to look for employ- ment as [ engine driver, but he has not reported himself at the latter glace, jncfc his present where- abouts is unknown. PARTICULARS relative to English Police Supervisee, David Cleary, otherwise Thomas Massicks, convicted at Preston, county Lancaster Sessions, on 20th February, 1884, for stealing saw, level, and cloth case, and sentenced to 12 calendar months, and 5 years' Police supervision :— 25 years of age on conviction, is married, is a labourer or baker, born in Ireland, resided at Preston before conviction; brown hair, blue eyes, fresh complexion, oval visage, proportionate make, 5 feet inches high; two moles on left wrist and one right of belly. This is an English Police Supervisee. He left Cahir, county Tipperary, on 1st May, 1885, and stated that he was going to Tipperary, and thence to Cork, but he has not reported himself at either place, and his present whereabouts is unknown. Has the appearance of a tramp, regular nose, dark complexion, thin face, medium make, 5 feet 5 inches high, about 50 years of age; wore a hard black hat, dark jacket, and tweed trowsers. 2. Has the appearance of a tramp, regular nose, fresh complexion, round full face, very stout make, 5 feet 7 inches high, about 30 years of age; wore a black jerry hat, black frock coat, and gray tweed trowsers. DESCRIPTION of Martin Kelly, native plaee un- known, but lived with farmers in Ballymack, county Kilkenny, who stands chargcd with having, on the night of 2nd or morning of 3rd July, 1885, in the barony of Shillclogher, parish of Earlstown, stolen a black serge frock coat and a brown tweed trowscrs and vest, the property of John Dooley, of Castleave :— Brown eyes, regular nose, florid complexion, long face, stout make, 5 feet 6 inchcs high, about 46 years of age, brown hair; wore a round hard hat, dark coat, corduroy trowsers, and dark vest; is a labourer. A Warrant for Kelly's arrest is in the hands of the District Inspector at Callan. DESCRIPTION of a greyhound dog, which was stolen from the house of Arthur Fennell, of Knockadogue, parish of Dysart, barony of Fassadinnin, on night of 23rd, or morning of 24th June, 1885 :— A greyhound dog, large size, white colour, having one ear black, and black spot on right hip, and answers to the name of " Master Hubert."
