CONTAINING The substance of all Informations received in eases of Felony and oj Misdemeanors of an aggravated nature, and against Receivers of Stolen Goods, reputed Thieves, and Offenders escaped from Custody, with the time, the place, and the circumstance of the Offence. The Names of Persons charged with Offences who are known hut not in custody, and a Description of those who are not known, their Appearance, Dress, and other marks of Identity. The Names of Accomplices and Accessories, with every particular which niay lead to their Apprehension. A Description, as accurate as possible, of Property that has been stolen, and a minute Description of Stolen Horses for the purpose of tracing and recovering them. No. 6740 WEDNESDAY, MARCH 15, 1882. Notice.— It it requested that all communications for the purpose of obtaining or giving information respecting supposed offenders, or stolon property, may bear the SIgnature of the person requiring or tending the same, and all applications in reference to the POLICE GAZETTE may he made and addressed to the Editor, Polioe Court, Bow Street, London, W. O. %• Whenever it is desired that any person should be appre- hended, and the Name is given, it is indispensably necessary tkat an information should be made and sworn to before a Magistrate, of the Offenoe oh& rged, and an attested copy thereof, tegether with the advertisement, forwarded to the Editor for insertion. As no charge is made for the insertion of any article in the POLICE GAZETTE, all Letters addressed to the Editor mUHt be prepaid, otherwise the insertion will not be made. The Names and Descriptions of Deserters from the Army, and of Absentees and Deserters from the Militia, should be forwarded on War Office Forms 88 and 88A, to the Editor, above, for insertion in the POLICE GAZETTE. Advertisements offering rewards must state clearly:—( 1) The amount of the reward. ( 2) The conditions on which it is payable. ( 3). The person by whom it will be paid. They should be Bigned or accompanied by a letter, signed by fne persons forwarding them. They should contain no expressions holding out any expectation of reward for the return of the property, without kbe apprehension of the offender. It is particularly requested that when, owing either to insufficiency or incorrectness of the address or other- wise, Copies of this Gazette are delivered to persons, to whom they are not addressed, or who are not now entitled to receive them, such Copies may be at once retarned through the Post to " The Editor, Bow Street, London." INFORMATIONS, MURDER AND MALICIOUSLY WOUNDING. Description of JOHN FLINN, alias BONEY FLINT, alias NOTTINGHAM; ROUGH, who is committed to Uke his trial at the next Derby Assizes, on a charge of Wilfull Murder :— he is 38 years of age, 5 feet 7 inches high, light browu hair, blue eyes, fresh complexion, very much pock- marked, lie it a low horse dealer, and a noted pugilist, and has been iu the habit of frequentiug fairs all over England. Information to Inspector Emery, Boro Police 03ice, Chester- field.— Bow- street, March 15. 1 yf Charged with manslaughter, ou 6th instant:— a man, 36 or 37 years of ago, 6 feet 4 or 6 inches high, dark complexion, pockpitted, stoutish build, pockpitted in face, and chubby nose, which appears to have been broken ; dressed in coid trousers, old dark coat, and supposed to be wearing a cap; he is a hawker and repairer of umbrellas, and is supposed to be a native of Sheffield ; he is accompanied by a woman, named Emma Shaw, she is about 40 years of age, fresh looking pro- portionate mako, and wore a black and white plaid shawl over her head. Information to Chief Constable Dalgleish, Ashton- under- Lyne.— Bow s'. reet, March, 13. FORGERY. ROBBERY AND LARCENY FROM THE PERSON. Stolen from the person in Manchester, on 2nd instant: — a diamond cluster finger Ring, Bet with 0 stones. A reward of £ o will be paid by the owner on recovery, and conviction of the thief or thieves. Information to the Detective Office, Town Hall, Manchester.— Bow- street, March 13. Wanted on a charge of assault and highway robbery on a young woman, near Madeley, Salop, about 8 p m,, on 8th instant:— A man, who said he was a native of Leamington, about 5 feet 5 or 6 inches high, little or no whiskers, sallow complexion, dark brown hair : dressed in dark cloth j ickat, brown or blue cord, and black billycock hat. Said he was making for Dudley. Likely to visit tramp wards. Informa- tion to Mr. Chief Supt. lvins, Wellington, or to Sergeant Meredith, Shifnal, Salop.— Bow- Street, March 13. Description of a man who stole about ,£ 15 in Gold and 8ilver from the bar parlour of the Bell Hotel, Chelmsford, on 5th instant, about 4 p. m., and violently assaulting the land- lady, Mrs. S. Boswell, about 32 years of age, 5 feet 6 inches high, sallow complexion, very thin and haggard appearance, no whitkers; dressed in tight cord trousers, light brown dust coat, low brown felt hat, and white neck scarf. Information to Mr. Supt. Lennon, Constabulary Office, Chelmsford, Essex.— Bene- sires', Marcli 8. Wanted, charged on a warrant with forgery:— EDWARD HALES, junior, 45 years of age, 6 feet 8 or 10 inches high, dark brown whiskers, beard and moustache, dark hair, florid complexion, proportionate build. Wife and child reside at the Grove, Horley, Surrey. Information to Inspector McWilliam, detective Department, City of London Police, 26, Old Jewry, E. C.— Bow- street, March 13. Wanted on a charge of theft, forgery, and uttering :— DAVID BLACKLEY, a native of Stranraer, Scotland, from 26 to 27 years of age, 5 feet 2 or 3 inches high, Blender make, smart appearance, thin red face, black hair, small black whiskers high up cheeks only, black moustache, dark eyes, thin aquiline nose, wants two front teeth in upper jaw, old scars or marks on nose and right cheek bone ; dressed when he left Dumfries in September last in brown coat, dark grey tweed trousers and vest, cup, and carried a dark grey tweed overcoat with him. Blackley has travelled the country with a man named Morgan, a mesmerist, during the winter season for a number of years, but is said to have been dismissed by Morgan about the end of November last. He has also been employed, above ground, at somo of the coal pits in the neigh- bourhood of Newcastle, in the county of Durham, and was last heard of in that locality. Iuformation to Chief Con- stable Jones, County Buildings, Dumfries, who holds a Sheriff's warrant for his apprehension,— Bow- street, March 10, BURGLARY AND HOUSE BREAKING. Wanted on a charge of burglary, at, Tur, stall, Stokc- upon- Trent, on 5th instant — WM. DENNIS, about 30 yrs. of age, 5 feet 5 inches high, light complexion, light hair, nearly bald, light blue (. yes, slender build, bayonet cut mark on right side ; dressed in black jacket, trousers and vest, lace- up boots, puee and black knitted muffler, and black low hard hat, a puddler, and has worked at Tipton, Staffordshire, Warrington, and Huyton, near Liverpool, and has been several years in the Army, and may be found pinging to music in public or beerhouses. He broke out of his lodgings and stole a silver Geneva Watch with long silver Guard attached ; a silver Geneva Watch, black ribbon Guard, with Key and small foreign Coin attached ; a gold wedding Ring; a pair of gold Ear- rings; and £ 1 10s. in Gold. Information to Mr. Supt. Hall, Police Office, Tunstall, Stoke- upon- Trent.— Bow- street, March 10. Two men are wanted at York, for breaking and entering two offices, a lock- up shop, and a church, between 27thultimo and the night of 4th instant; they enterel an office about 10 p. m. on 4th inBtant, stealing upwards of £ 13 in Money, and twelve to fifteen shilling in penny and half- penny Stamps ; they lodged at a common lodging house at York, from 27th ultimo, stated they had come from Hull, are said to have committed offences at Halifax, Leeds, and Hull :— one about 32 years of age, tall and stout, light brown hair, full face, no whiskers or moustache ; dressed in dark topcoat, moleskin trousers, light muffler, black billy hat, may have a dark blue cloth cap, with tassel in front with him; the other about 28 or 30 years of age, ginger or red hair, short stature, dark ginger moustache, no whiskers; dressed in dark mixture coat, bine guernsey underneath, dark trousers, dark blue cap, with tassel in front; a third man has been seen in their company, but did not lodge with them, he wore a Yankee hat, and had the appearance of a cloth hawker, about 35 years of age. Information to York City Police Office.— Bow street, March 8. had been seen, are supposed to have gone by the same traiD. Both of the men are between 30 and < 10 years of age, of horsey appearance, moustaches, otherwise clean shaved, one of dark, and the other of fair complexion. The woman about 20 years of age, and of rough appearance. Tin mare has since been traced to Birmingham, and recovered. Informa- tion to Deputy Chief Constable Checketts, Worcester.— Bow- street, March 10. Stolen from a field at Wortley, between 4.30 p. m. 8th and 8.30 am. 9th ultimo:— 17 hog Sheep ( recovered). By HERBERT LIDDALL, a butcher or labourer, who sold the Sheep at Penistone Market, on 9th ultimo, about 50 years of age, 5 feet 10 inches high, florid complexion, and has* the appearance of a man who drinks heavily, dark brown hair, whiskers shaved off; he is of muscular appearance, and has a peculiarity in one eye ; when last seen, he was dressed in a new suit of black cloth, a long brown cloth overcoat, quite new, white scarf, soft black billycock hat, and a new pair of shooting boots, with brass eyelet holes; he had with him a large black travelling bag, with a yellow stripe or stripes round it. Liddall is a native of Handly, near Chesterfield, and was convicted at Derby Assizes, on 28th July, 1880, and was sentenced to 18 months hard labour, for stealing 47 sheep at Eckington. Information to Mr. Supt. Sykes, Police Office, Barnsley, Yorkshire.— Bow- street, March 8. HORSE AND CATTLE STEALING Found at Harmer Hill on 8th instant, supposed stolen : — a bay 2 year old Colt; and a black yearling Colt, with 3 white feet. Information to Mr. Supt. Edwards, Shrewsbury, or Police Constable Roberts, Harmer Hill, Shrewsbury.— Bow- street, March 15. Found in possession of THOMAS WILSON, alias RODGERS, who is in custody, charged with stealing the same :— 2 dark red Bullocks— one 2 year? old, and one 4 yrs. with white mark on forehead, ooth in rather poor condition. This man has been three times previously convicted of cattle stealing; the last time was at Liverpool in October, 1879, when he was sentenced to 2 years imprisonment and 7 years police supervision for stealing cattle at Leigh, in Lancashire. Information to the Chief Constable, Town Hall, Leeds.— Bow- street, March 13. Wanted by warrant for stealing a Horse, Cart, and set of Harness ( recovered): — JOHN HOLSWOOD, a farmer's son, of imperfect education, 28 years of age, 5 feet 11 inches high, fresh complexiou, hazel eyes, light brown hair and whiskers inclined to be sandy ; supposed dressed in grey tweed coat and vest, dark cord trousers, and hard felt hat. Has been previously convicted at Ellesmere, Llangollen, & c, Information to Mr. Supt. Bolton, Hanmer, Flintshire, who holds the warrant for his apprehension. — Bcw- street, March 13. Stolen on the night of 8th instant, from Dunley near Stourpurt, Worcestershire :— an aged white cart Mare, 16 hands high, heavy in foal, old scar mark on near hip, was booked at Shrub Hill Station, Worcester, by 9 7 a. m. Midland train 9th instant for Birmingham, in name of G. D. Topple well, Two men arid one woman in whose possession the mare LARCENY AND EMBEZZLEMENT Charged with stealing eighteen Fowls, mixed breed and colours, ( six recovered), fiom the Manor House'Farm, Perry Barr, on 10th instant:— WILLIAM DEE, 18 years of age, 5 feet 7 or 8 ins. high, medium build, brown hair, fair complexion, grey eyes, no whiskers or moustache, has an abscess mark oa neck; drafted in round dark cloth jacket and trousers, moleskin vest; and black felt hat. RICHARD DEE, 16 yeais of age, 5 feet 6 or 7 inches high, slight build, thin face, light brown hair, light complexion, grey eyes, has a small burn mark on top of head ; dressed in dark cloth - J Sk. t, light cloth vest, cord trouHers,^ iajd black hard hat. Information to Mr. Supt. Whitehurst, West Bromwieh, or to Inspector Evans, Handsworth, near Birmingham, who holds a warrant for their apprehension.— Bow- street, March 15. Further information respecting GODDARD BOOT- MAN ( advertised in Police Gazette of 3rd inBtant) :— he served about two years in the Suffolk constabulary, and has since been acting as groom to a doctor, und ostler at an hotal; is a good groom, horse clipper and trimmer, can drive single or double ; when dressed i3 of smart appearance, and of good address, he is likely to seek employment as groom or ostler at an >' nn. Information to Mr. Supt. Glasier, Mildenhall, Suffolk.— Bow- street, March 15. Remanded till noon on 11th instant, charged with steal- ing a Coat ( recovered):— WM. FREDERICK FRANCE, 83, Christian Street, Liverpool, groom, about 34 years of age, 5 feet [ 8J inches high, fresh complexion, dark brown hair, hazel eyes, oval face, proportionate build, small seal on left eyebrow, small lump under left ear, crucifix inside left arm, anchor on left arm, cross flags on each wrist, tattooed between thumb and first finger of right hand, anchor between thumb and first finger of left hand, and Royal arms on breast. Information to Mr. Supt. Plant, Cheshire Constabulary, Broxton.— Bow- street, March 13. Description of JONAS SUNDERLAND, late clerk to the Local Board at Thornton, W. R. Yorks, wanted under warrant for embezzling £ 120 and upwards :— he is 22 years cf age, but looks older, 5 feet 9 inches high, stout build, pale complexion, grey eyes, light brown hair, a clerk, auctioneer or valuer, heavily pockpitted, mole bottom of right cheek and slight moustache ; dressed in light co'oured single- breasted cloth overcoat, narrow striped black and white cloth trousers, black worsted cloth shooting jacket, vest of same material, and lace- up boots. Information to Inspector Symonds, West Riding Constabulary, Bradford, Yorkshire. — Bow- street, Mar. h 13. Description of ELIZA STANTON, charged on warrant with stealing 3s. 6d., the property of the guardians of the Bourne Union :— about 30 years of age, medium height, pale thin face, rather sore eyes ; dressed in round black straw hat with lightish coloured flowers in front, black cloth jacket, rather short, fitting tight in back, and brown stuff' dress. She is a native of Market Deeping, her parents are dead, was some years on the town at Stamford, and has worked in the factories at Bradford and Leeds. Il formation to Mr.- Supt. Brown, County Police Station, Bourne.— Bow- street, March 13. Wanted for stealing a silver Geneva Watch, on 28th ult, cream- coloured dial, makers Potts & Son, Leeds, and steel Guard :— LOUISA EMILY DALBY, alias ATKINS, about 40 years of age, medium height, dark complexion, thin face; dressed respectably in black dress, black cloth jacket, trimmed with braid, black seal hat, trimmed with black velvet, and carried a small black bag and an umbrella ; had with her a small half- bred pug dog, of a rather sandy colour, name supposed ' Tiney.' This person stated she was a night nurse at the Connty Asylum, Leicester, and appears to know the names of the medical gentlemen and nurses there ; she calls upon persons who have been inmates. Information to Mr. Supt Botterill, Kettering, or to Inspector Wallace, Little Bowden, Northamptonshire, who holds a warrant for her apprehension,— Bote street, March 13. 2 POLICE GAZETTE. March 15 Charged with stealing a Jacket ( recovered), at Great Fenton on 7th instant:— ENOCH MYATT, alias LITTLE JOB JAMES, a collier, 26 years of age, 5 feet 5 inches high, dark complexion, dark brown hair and moustache, grey eyes, proportionate build ; dressed in grey trousers and vest, blue overcoat, with velvet collar, hard hat, and elastic side boots. He is supposed to have gone to Preston, Ratcliffe, or Whiston, Lancashire. Information to Mr. Supt. McWilliams, Longton, or to Inspector Macrory, Fenton, who holds a warrant for his apprehension.— Bow- street, March 13. Stolen from II. M. Barracks, Devizes, during the night of 9th instant :— A pair of elastic side Boots ; a pair of tweed Trousers, ' No. B- 2651,' dated June, 1881 ( regimental); a silver Watch, half hunter, a piece of round glass in centre and blue figures, a small linked chain and two coins attached, one a quarter rupee ( Indian), the other not known. By No. 2614 Private WILLIAM SMITH, who broke out of the Barracks during the night. He is 24 years of age, 5 feet 6$ inches high, complexion fresh, hair dark brown, line or scar on left side of upper lip ; by trade a fireman ; a native of St. George's, Bristol, Gloucestershire. Information to Mr Supt. Baldwin, Devizes, Wilts.— Bow- street, March 13. Description of ALFRED NORTON LOCKING, a shoe- maker, and a native of Marshchapel, charged on warrant with having stolen five Ducks ( recovered), at Marahcliapel, on 7th instant:— he is about 3u years of age, 5 feet 6 or 7 inches high, light brown hair, few ginger whiskers down each side of face, small moustache, shaves under chin, supposed grey eyes, freBh complexion, medium build, rather round shouldered, and rolls a little when walking, tattooed on one or both arms, and has been a soldier ; dressed in a grey plaid cloth suit, and old long brown top coat, hard black felt hat, woollen shirt, alid elastic- side boots. Information to Mr. Supt. Jarvis, County Police Siation, Great Grimsby, Lincolnshire.— Bow- street, March 13. Wanted, on a warrant, charged with stealing a silver Snuff- box ( recovered), on 5th October, 1881: — JARED NIXON, 29 years of age, about 5 feet 8 inches high, black hairj little or no whiskers, dark moustache, dark complexion, proportionate make, Bhort sighted, generally wears spectacles, very hard of hearing, stammers when talking, atd is of respectable appearance. Is a son of Jared Nixon, ir « n manu facturer, Win la. ton, Durham. Absconded from Winlaton on 6th October, 1881. May now be found with his uncle John Nixon, late of the ' Shipwright's Arms,' Emmett- street, Poplar, London, now retired, or with Mrs. Isaac Nixon and Son, at present carrying on some ironworks at Cornhill, South- wick, Sunderland. Information to Mr. Supt. Young, Morpeth, Northumberland, who holds a warrant for his arrest.— Bow- rtrmt, March 13. dark clothes. Father resides at 26, St. Phillip's- road, Dalston and carries on business at 74, Worship- street, E. C. ; has brother Samuel, an apprentice, on board the ' Mary Ann fishing smack, of Grimsby, where he is likely to go. Inti- mation to the Inspector on duty, Bridewell- place, Police Station, City of London Police, E. C.— Bow- street, March 10. Wanted, charged on a warrant with stealing an old metal Watch, with silver A^^ rt Chain attached, value about 15a. ; and a leather Puree, d^ yuing 63. 6d. in Silver, at Stradsett, on 5th instant:— WILLIAM SMITH, 17 or 18 years of age, 5 feet 4 or 5 inches high, and full fresh face ; dressed in dark clothes, striped trouseri, short black overcoat, and brown cap with peak of same colour; a native of Methwold, Norfolk, from which he left at 9 a. m. on 6th instant, with the stolen property in his possession. Information to Mr. Supt. Sewter, Downham Market, Norfolk.— Bow- street, March 8. FRAUDS AND AGGRAVATED MISDEMEANOURS. Wanted for obtaining money by means of false pretences — H. WILLIAMS, ( fictitious) alias CALEB GLEEHILL, about 50 years of age, 5 feet 9 or 10 inches high, stout built, dark brown hair, dark whiskers, turning grey ; dressed re spectably in a dark overcoat, dark vest and trousers, and tall silk hat. States he is an agent to the ' Grocers' Journal, 12 little Tower- street, London, E. C. Information to Inspector John Roberts, Pwllheli, Carnarvon, who holds a warrant for his apprehension.— Bcno- street, March 15. Wanted on warrant for obtaining Wearing Apparel by false pretences, at Tunstall, on 20th ultimo :— MARY JANE HOWELL, about 21 yeara of age, short stature, medium build, sallow complexion, dark hair, and of dirty appearance ; generally dressed in dark clothes, with green and black plaid shawl. Information to Mr. Supt. Hall, Police Office, Tunstall, Stoke- upon- Trent.*- 2?< nt>- « fe- ee<, March 8. Description of JAMES FLANAGHAN, late of Mac- clesfield, a licensed cloth hawker, charged on a warrant with stealing a quantity of Cloth at Uttoxeter, on 8th instant:— 40 years of age, 5 feet 7 or 8 inches high, dark complexion and hair, light tuft of hair on chin, no whiskers or moustache, grey eyes ( right one defective) ; dresBed in a dark ribbed worsted leefcr coat ( pockets on hips) and vest, dark cloth trousers with fly fronts, dark soft high billycock hat, and leather lace- up boots. He is said to be well- known in Mactlesfield, and is supposed to be wanted there for assault on the police, or for aiding the rescue of a prisoner from the police there a Bhort time ago. Description of the Cbth : pieces of Tweed, one dark grey, the other brown ; 1 piece of black worsted Coating, and 1 piece of dark grey mixture, all 3yards by 1J yard wide; also a Shawl, full- size, with black ( border. Information to Mr. Supt. Williams" Leek, or to Sergeant White, Uttoxeter, who holds the warrant.— Bow- street, Match. 13. Stolen on 8th instant, from a dwelling- house at Mor- peth :— a small silver lever Watch, No. 67057, sunk seconds, had a black beaded Guard attached; a heavy gold Albert, fancy pattern, holes through links and flowers on, had a Locket, blue and white on one side and' plain on the other, with lady's photo inside, attached ; a lady's gold neck Chain, small links, has attached a large gold plated Locket, oblong shape, with photo of a lady and gentleman inside ; 2 ladies' gold dress Bi>- gs, ono with five glass stones, the other three glass [ stones and five common rubies; and 2 gold- plated Brooches, one large Bize with glass out, the other belt shape, both want pins. Supposed by a tramp, about 55 years of age, 5 feet 7 or 8 inches high, proportionate make, florid com- plexion, and brown whiakers, mixed with grey ; dressed in dark frock coat with large skirts, dark trousers, and hard rouud felt hat. Information to Mr. Supt. Young, Morpeth, Northumberland.— jPow- street, iiarch 13. Wanted on warrant, charged with fraudulently convert- ing to his own use a gold Watch ( not recovered) :— FRIEND TOPHAM, 28 years of age, 5 feet 6 inches high, sallow complexion, grey eyes, dark brown hair, a watchmaker, and late of Paddock, near Huddersfield. Information to Mr. MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATIONS. Remanded at Rhyl till 17th instant, charged with passing Counterfeit Coin, and when apprehended had in his posses- sion 320 Counterfeit Shillings 2 Florins :— FANTON BOW, alias DENNISON, alias DENNIS CARNEY, alias JACK SWEENEY, a navvy, states he is a native of Jonesburgh, Dundalk, Ireland, and has been workirg on railways in several parts of North Wales, is about 55 years of age, 5 feet 10 ins. high, fresh complexion, stout build, grey eyes and hair, email grey whiskers, Bhaved round chin, scar on right cheek, large red nose, two scars on centre of back near neck, mole on left shoulder and under right do. blade, bad legs ( having been scalded from knee downwards), swollen veins, large vein inside right thigh, large bunion joints to big toes ; dressed in blue frock coat and vest, blue serge jacket under coat, white moleskin trousers, strong lace- up navvy boots, and jimerow hat. Description of JAMES BURNS, who is under police supervision, end who left Bristol on 25th ultimo, stating that he was going to Liverpool, to which place he has failed to report himrelf, 33 years of age, 5 feet 5 inches high, sallow complexion, dark brown hair, blue eyes, scar on right and left buttock, one on left cheek, three vaccination marks on left arm, two scars right side of forehead, one scar left eye- brow, one '' ack of neck, one back of left thumb, one back of right arm, one left shin, aud one left knee. Was convicted at Swansea 26th June, 1876, for larceny, and sentenced to 7 yrs. p. s. and 3 yeirs police supervision. The above- named has been confined in the Rainhill County Asylum since 22nd December last up lo yesterday, when he made his escape. At the time of his fscape he was wearing the Asylum uniform, which consist « d of a blue cloth jacket and vest, light trousers, and boots. He was convicted at Chester Assizes on 15th Decem- ber, 1875, for burglary at Monks Coppenhall, and sentenced to 7 yre. penal servitude. MARY ANN GIBBONS, 36 years of age, 5 feet 1 irch high, fresh complexion, brown hair, grey eyes, blue cut corner of right eye, blue mark inside left ear, end of third finger left hand crooked, cut over right eye, native of Hull; convicted of larceny from the person at Salford Hundred Sessions, 22nd February, 1875, sentenced to 7 years penal servitude and 7 years police supervision, discharged from Millbank on 11th February, 1882, to Manchester. ANN SHAW, alias COLLIER, alias STANNISH, and OWEN, 22 years of age, 5 feet 1 h inch high, light com- plexion, dark brown hair, blue eyes, A. C. T. B. on right arm, lost several front teeth; convicted of stealing a purse and money from the person, at MauchesUr, 2lst October, 1878, sentenced to 12 cal. months, and 7 years police supervision.
