See River Bann Navigation Act, 1863, Sections 53, 54, 55, and 56, but no bye- laws of a special kind relating to pilots have been framed by the Bann Navigation Commissioners. Joseph M'Curry NAME of PILOT. - a"- ed 52 ( Limits .-— Pilotage of vessels from outside the Bar ( at the mouth of the River Bann) to the Port of Coleraine, Q (_ and service on board steam tug " Eagle," for tonnage of vessels from outside the liar to the Port of Coleraine. ! Charge for pilotage if there be no tonnage RATES of PILOTAGE. ( On the draught inwards - On the draught outwards Charge for tonnage, which includes pilotage and service of fImvards " * - 1 per ton on register tonnage. [ inwards and outwards - 1 4 d. per ton on register tonnage. steam tug Dr. | £. s. d. ! M'Lean, by agreement, received from the Commissioners 401, per annum for service of steam tup, beside: agreement ended about the middle of 1877, when the Commissioners paid pilot ( 11. 5 s.) per week, and received pilotage. besides receiving ull tonnage.
