Henderson, and Henry Johnson, natives of England, who stand charged with having, on the 23rd October, 1877, in the city of Glasgow, fraudulently obtained from a gentleman in Donegal, a Hungarian bond for £ 300, with which they absconded :— 1. Red fleshy lips, double, chin, squints a little urith one eye, no beard or whiskers, about 16 stone weight; red eyes, regular nose, re'd complexion, red face, very stout make, 5 feet 10 , or 11 inches high, about 50 years of age, reddish hair; wore a silk hat, black frock coat, dark trowsers and vest. 2. Well built, slight fair moustache, fair com- plexion, red face, stout make, 5 feet 10 inches high, about 28 years of age ; wore a gray hat, blue over- coat, gray trowsers and nest, yellow kid gloves. 3'. Black whiskers and moustache, dark' com- plexion ordinary make, 5 feet 10 inches high, about 35 or 40 years of age; wore a felt hat, dark coat, dark trowsers and vest. .' DESCRIPTION of English licence holder Francis Hickey ( 277), who has broken the conditions of his licence in failing to notify his change of residence to the Constabulary:— Convicted at Mahe, Ind'a, at a General Court- Martial, on 17th November, 1873, for insubordination and personal violence, and sentenced to 5 years' penal servitude; 30 years of age on con- viction, a soldier 49th Regiment, born in Clonmel, county Tipperary; brown hair, large blue eyes, regular nose, fresh complexion, regular visage, 5 feet 7 inches high. The above- named convict was released from Portsmouth Convict Prison, on the 27th October, 1877, on an order of licnece. He notified his arrival at Waterford to the Con- stabulary of that city, on the 11th November, 1877, but he has not since reported himself, and his present whereabouts is unknown- In the event of his arrest he should be dealt with under the 5th section of the Prevention of Crimes Act, 34 and 35 Vic., cap. 11 2. DESCRIPTION of convict Thomas Mathews ( 13780), who bas broken the conditions of his licence, in not reporting himself to the police on change of resi- dence :— Convicted at Castleblayney, co. Monaghan. at Hilary Sessions, on 10th January, 1872, for larceny, and previous conviction, and sentenced to 7 years' penal servitude; 30 years of age on conviction, can Vead and write, is a Roman Catholic, single, by trade a painter, born in Castlebellingham; resided before conviction in Monaahan; fair hair, blue eyes, fair eyebrows, regular nose, regular mouth, lost one upper front tooth, fresh complexion, oval visage, stout make, 5 feet 6J inches high ; a small cut and a sore- mark on the back of nock ; the two small fingers of both hands crooked. The above- named convict was released from Spike Island Prison, on the 16th October, 187I, on an order of licence, and took his discharge for London, o » the 4kh instant; he notified to the London Police his intention of returning to Dublin, but he has not reported himself there, and his present whereabouts is unknown. DESCRIPTION of convict Thomas Curling ( 2531), who has broken the conditio— of his licence in failing to notify to the Ponie niS " change of residence :— Convicted at Dublin city October Sessions, on 3rd October, 1873, for larceny, and sentenced to 5 years' penal servitude ; 46 years of age on conviction, c « n read and- write, is a Protestant, single, a tutor, born in Galway; resided before conviction in College- green, Dublin ; his friends reside in county Galway ; dark brown hair, hazel eyes, dark brown eyebrows, sharp nose, regular mouth, sallow complexion, round visage, stout make, 5 feet 5} inches high; slightly pock- marked, a burn- mark on right cheek, along the whiskers. The above- named convict was released from Lusk Prison, on the 18th September, 1877, on an order of licence, and proceeded to Dublin, where he reported himself to the Police. He resided for some time in the Dublin district, but left his residence about the 1st October last, without notifying same to the Police. He has not reported himself since, and his present whereabouts is unknown. DESCRIPTION of the under- mentioned, who is wanted on Warrant charging him with having obtained goods by false pretences from trades- people in Dublin:— Charles Doyle, about 32 years old, 5 feet 8 inches high, dark brown hair, dark brown whiskers and moustache, chin shaved, pale complexion, and marked very much about the nose with small- pox; dressed in a dark tweed Derby coat, shabby gray tweed trow- sers and vest, and round jerry hat; he is a native ; came- back from America lately, and said he had a return ticket to go bfck by the steamship Germania. DESCRIPTION of a man and woman, names unknown, who are wanted on suspicion of having stolen a cow, which they had in their possession, and offered for sale to a butcher at- Bull- alley, between 4 and 5 A. M., on the 10th instant:— The man is about 45 years of age, 5 feet 7 or 8 inches high, stout build, sandy hair and whiskers, chin shaved, full face, and fresh complexion; dressed in an old brown frock coat, light tweed trowsers, and soft jerry hat. • The woman is 30 to 35 years of age, low size, ' full features, and pale complexion ; wore an old dark straw bonnet and old light colour plaid sHl& l. Both ran away, leaving the cow behind, when they saw some hesitation about buying her. DESCRIPTION of, Patrick M'Carron, native of Convoy, county Donegal, who stands charged with having, on the 12th day of November, 1877, at Strabane, in the barony of Strabane Lower, parish of Camus, county of Tyrone, robbed Charles Gormley, of Lon- donderry, of £ 12 ( 1 £ 10 and 2 £ 1 notes on Bank of Ireland), and a silver watch with silver dial, No. 6,957, having first rendered him insensible by drug- ging rum, which Gormley drank:— Pockmarked, a little full in cheek bones, pointed at chin; gray eyes, regular nose, dark complexion, full face, medium make, 5 feet 9 inches high, about 40 years of age, dark hair; wore a soft hat, blue under coat and brown over coat, gray trowsers, and blue vest; formerly a schoolmaster, now a cattle dealer.
